Here is the brief tutorial video of one of the front shock absorbers. This has been done on Suzuki GS500 2004.

1. Disassembly
2. Servicing the fork
3. Oil quantity and type to use.
4. Changing the oil seal

rule of thumb is, keep oil level one below the skirt when shock fully extended
