Thanks..😁 I wanted people to have a small bit of the video they could pause at and follow the assemble without going thru the whole thing.. Plus it was fun to make..😅
@@projectmak1750 Though not the best way of doing the fork caps it worked ok , no damage to the fork tubes do no problem like the rebuild stop motion should make it idiot proof lol
Great video, but i have a question; do you know the diameter of the nut that you weld to the "tool" that you built? I have the same problem :( thks a lot!!
That stop motion bit was genius :)
Thanks..😁

Oh wow.. you really made my day..😁
You actually built a tool to get the job done ... that’s what I call innovation ! Great work, can’t wait to see the next video
The power of the working man. Very helpful video, I will build my own tool for my forks too using your idea - Thank you!
What size hex key?
Brilliant. Thank you for sharing your mistakes, too, so we learn more.
That's the whole idea... Thanks for the appreciation...😬
Going to be following your videos, I'm also rebuilding a 96 gs500

Sorry, one fork 150ml oil?
Hey. I'll look into it and confirm as soon as I wake up ... It's been ages... 😬
Quite talented 👍
Yaar Bht Aallaaa Yaarr 🤩✌️
Hi friend, I want to ask a long black iron stick, what size is the end of the bolt ring?
thank u
I think it was either a 24 or a 25.. I grinded it down a little .
are you sure the end on the iron stick being welded is a size 24 bolt hole?
Those fork seals the right way up?
Loosen the caps before removing from the Triple clamps, this is the most destructive method I have ever seen :(
Yes.. this was my first time.. I realized the error in my method later...😅
