My first Metallica concert. When they showed up on stage, Im almost teary-eyed. Way back in my 20's in the Philippines, I learned and played most of their songs in the guitars. Now I got to see them play live with my wife's support. It's like a dream come true. Will definitely see them again.
My son and I were there for Night 1, such an amazing and kickass show! 🤟🤟🤟 It was my son's first Metallica show and it was my second, I saw them on the Damage, Inc Tour in 1986 with Cliff! 🤟🤟🙏🙏
Such an amazing experience! One of the best metal shows of all time! Fight Fire With Fire is my favorite Metallica song of all time and to see my city’s flag flown in the intro of it let alone it being played at all that night filled me with a joy I’ll never forget

Was there on Sunday... Absolutely incredible!!! Moth and One the best of the night!!! Lights and stage for those songs with 80,000 people screaming on top of lungs was INCREDIBLE!!!

excellent view and great sound quality! i tried to record call of ktulu for myself to watch after the show because my view was so obscured during that song specifically, but my recording caught a couple of drunk hecklers behind me 😅 very happy to have this to watch instead! thank you for posting!

A long as from doing 2 shows at broadway jacks or supporting raven at caberet metro where Kirk has has his guitar taken out of his hands…lol I was there when Metallica were kids.
Haha I was so mad when they did an impromptu show at the metro a few years back on a Monday night and I couldn't go. I'll probably never get the chance to see them do a small venue like that, but amazing you got to see them in the early days. I've seen them 7 times now, hopefully make it to double digits :)

I went to both shows and everyone I have told, I say they played for 2 hours but I could have watched them for 6. The greatest band to exist
I was there both nights, 6 years in the making to see them. They were incredible, love everything from KEA to 72 so I knew all the words by heart!
Metallica is still killing it, and the stage was awesome! The show was great, and that was my first and last time going to Chicago.

All of those songs except Battery were played on Friday night, two different shows, two different setlists.

All of those but battery were on night one. They had others lurk fuel, fade to black, king nothing, all on night 1
