I like these summarized battle reports with commentary. I find it more interesting than the typical “report” that’s simply just a recording of a game in real time.
love the short format along with the quick list analysis - gives new players insight into theory crafting! P.S. 14:00 Fire and blood doesn't give charge re-roll. Did you mean unstoppable advance?
Mother of Dragons went from a competitive list to bonkers good. I don't know why the devs felt the need to buff her to the extend they did. I say this as a Targaryen Player myself. I have used her a handful of times since the patch and have crushed my opponents every time. Between, Threaten, Xaro, Tycho, and Fire made flash, it's almost impossible to kill a dragon. You would literally have to one shot them, which is possible but highly unlikely if the Targ player is positioning them well. I suspect she will be toned back down in the future, I just hope they don't nerf the dragons again.
Its an interesting dynamic. Threaten and some other tools available to targ drastically improve the survivability of a dragon, especially when fire made flesh is factored in. They bring a lot of unmitigatable damage on a unit that essentially doesnt take panic damage. But I think we’re seeing a lot of tools coming out with other factions that help keep it in check. Baratheons have gained some mobility and damage consistency, combined with the infamous final strike. Starks have a lot of alpha strike still and with their mobility I think even with one of (but not multiple) of a targ player’s tools a dragon can get beat up. I agree that with all of the tools available its very difficult to kill a dragon. I think control elements are going to become more and more important as factions, including targs with MOD, gain access to some really powerful and hard to deal with units. I want to get some more games in against dragons with not-Renly 2 and see how it fairs, as well as some nights watch. I think MOD buffs are nice but I dont think they pass drogo… yet
Sorry the list rundown isn't to your fancy; we try and make our videos to appeal to a wide range of viewers including newer players who aren't familiar with all the units. In general, our battlereports have 6 to 8 minutes of list analysis (tournament series are much longer), so skip to about that area and you'll get to the play. In the future when we hit the subscriber requirement we'll be able to add chapters so viewers can skip straight to the action.
Big fan of your battle reports. Informative, short and nicely done. Keep going 💪🏻
Thank you! I can't promise good games or good reports, but I can promise short!

Great video! Good to see you guys trying out some of the newly-changed units.
Very good, getting an S5 batrep out so quickly! You made the best of a bad situation, but man MoD is legit.
Nice battle report as always 👍🏻
Great report, thanks for that!
