Low key getting emotional watching peoples reactions to this ride. I’m a local who’s been coming to Busch gardens my whole life. The last couple years I watched Iron Gwazi get built, then was disappointed every time I came and it just sat there unopened. But the day is finally here for people to enjoy it. I rode it 14 times in one day during passholder previews, I was screaming and laughing on the ride when usually I make no noise. I’m just so glad my home park has such an amazing ride.

Even if people the fanboys say Iron Gwazi isn't a better ride than Steel Vengeance, I think IG is more impressive personally. It's 206ft tall, just like SV. The drop is steeper, it feels like it's trying to crush you into the ground. It feels like it goes TWICE as fast as SV, the pace this thing hauls at is the closest equivalent "regular" coasters have gotten to the RMC raptors.
It's nonstop speed and aggression. This thing is trying to rip your head off from the moment those wheels leave the lift. And even apart from ride experiences and rankings...
The engineering marvel of this ride. Think about it, guys. Even just five years ago, did we think a downward barrel roll as violent and intense as the death roll was even possible? Or what about the wave turn? Even if Iron Gwazi is a short ride, the revolutionary elements on this ride just kinda tickle me pink.
This feels like the future of roller coasters to me, and I love it. Iron Gwazi for life, Alan Schilke is a genius.

It’s terrifying and Im never gonna ride it again felt like I was riding without a seat and my organs were gonna fly out my mouth if you alr don’t like roller coasters I strongly believe u would not like this at all it’s not for the faint of heart. This is coming from someone who rides E V E R Y T H I N G THIS RIDE IS TERRIFYING!💀
