I love that you use oil and butter for just about all of your recipes (oil + butter = WIN!). The oil keeps the cakes super moist, and you can even put them in the fridge and they stay moist.

Ever since I tried someone else's Biscoff cupcakes I've been trying to replicate it into a cake. Haven't been successful yet 😕 Yours is close but not quite it. The base of the cupcakes are Biscoff cookies with some butter (think like the bottom of a cheesecake) then the batter which has a couple of ingredients you didn't use then comes the filling which is Biscoff with heavy cream mixed together then the SMBC piped high then a drizzle of Biscoff and chocolate over the frosting and finally half a Biscoff cookie pushed into the frosting. Those cupcakes are addictive, lol. If I were to make yours I'd use SMBC because it's less sweet. I'd also use the Biscoff and whipping cream filling. It's SO delicious 😋 You'd think the chocolate would make it too sweet but since it's just a drizzle it's not and it balances out the Biscoff flavor. I just bought 2 HUGE jars of Biscoff. I didn't even know they came in that size, lol. For 2 i paid about 3 dollars more than for 1 sm jar. SCORE 😄 Thanks for sharing. I'm excited about this one as you can tell...

As i have tried many but not satisfied with the results. Lower layer in the centre always remain under done. So plz share your version. Lastly i would like to thank you for your wonderful red velvet cake recipe. It was soft and delicious.
