Its 1000g
@@KatBakingExplorer oh okay thank you for letting me know 😊
hi can i use normal white sugar instead of brown?
Yes, but the sponge will be lighter in colour and it won't have as much caramel flavour.
Hi! Can I bake one by one coz I only have one tin of that size plus only one OTG. Basically, how to store the cake batter if I’m baking one by one.
I wouldn't advise storing the cake batter, because leaving it out for extended periods of time will affect the result. It's better to make each lot of batter right before you're ready to bake it
Can the sponges be frozen 1 week before decorating and eating?
Yes they can :)
hii , are the measurements in this recipe only for 1 cake? or more?
Yes they are for the cake you can see at the end of the video :)
how do you make the biscoff drip?
It's just Biscoff spread, you can get full recipe instructions and details on my website: thebakingexplorer.com/biscoff-drip-cake/
What cake tin measuremenets did you use
8" cake tins - you can find the full details on my website here: thebakingexplorer.com/biscoff-drip-cake/
where do you buy the net non slip cake mat from?
I got mine from Amazon :)
Do you have a link?
Sure, I used one of these and I cut the size I wanted: amzn.to/3LKV8fz
Can I use all purpose flour?
Hi, yes you can, but you will need to add baking powder
@@KatBakingExplorer I was wondering the same... In my country I don´t have easy access to self rising flour so I was wondering how much i have to add of baking powder to that specific amount of flour?
