Church Elder Calls Police Because Of A Camera In Public: 📸 First Amendment Audit

- I paid a visit to Immanuel Lutheran church in Orange Ca. to capture some pictures & video from the public sidewalk. Soon after I arrived, I was approached by someone who identified himself as a church elder. He asked why I was taking pictures & I declined to answer his questions. He then acknowledged that I had the right to film ( under the 1st amendment) . A little bit later, the pastor/minister also approached me on the sidewalk asking me to respect their privacy worshiping at church. I then explained to him there is no expectation of privacy in public , so eventually they figured out that closing their doors creates privacy . I went around to the side of the building to capture more video & had another encounter with the same guy who identified as a church elder, who then decided to call the police falsely claiming I was being somewhat combative & my filming from the sidewalk was making them feel uncomfortable. I'm not exactly sure if it was my camera that was making them feel uncomfortable or the fact that I'm transgender ( based on the description of myself that was given to Orange P.D. dispatch) Either way, Public Photography Is Not A Crime!
Side Note: I could have easily made an issue that they disrespected my gender identity while I was there , however I decided to remain silent on that , not wanting to take away from why I was there in the first place, to exercise my First Amendment Right to film in public 👍📸

I'm almost 60 years old and I've only met one "Christian" in my entire life.
So long as the pastor confesses his sin of bearing false witness to God and is remorseful about having done so, he would be forgiven, however if he doesn’t the Almighty Lord will deal with him in the afterlife, if one believes in the afterlife.

It's great how in about 4 years all around the country we see some of the results of auditors' hard work has some police educated on the first amendment. 4 years ago an auditor might have been in cuffs.

I find this very crazy. The churches around where I live are some of the most photographed and recorded in the world. And they're always open, everybody is welcome. I can't even believe this. I'm shocked.
