Hi Carol! The free version of Artspira allows you to save 20 designs in My Creations, while the Artspira+ paid plan allows you to save up to 100 designs in My Creations. If you downgrade from Artspira+ to the free plan, you must select what designs to delete, even if you created those designs with the paid plan. Why can’t I see 7 dwarfs from Snow White images. I have the subscription and want to buy all 7 but only 4 are shown. Please can you add this to Disney designs. I want to purchase them all
Hello Milou! The program used needs to be able to save as a .PES, .DST, .PHC, or .PEN (from iBroidery). If saved as a .png or .jpg, the design would have to then be digitized using embroidery software for the correct file type.
