    The Sankalpa is part of the extraordinary power of Yoga Nidra. It is an intention that is set and repeated during the meditation & when used regularly it will make profound changes in your life. In this session the Sankalpa is set for you, but in other Yoga Nidra sessions you will set your own.

I really recommend doing the face massage and yoga for the face every day before you go to bed and this Yoga Nidra is great to do right before you go to bed. It will help you to sleep better too, and that is one of the best things for your appearance.

    I've do my yoga nidra practice just about every day and I love it. It isn't hard to fit it in because it is so enjoyable. I often do it after lunch, in that slump time, and I find it gives me the boost I need to feel energised for the afternoon.
