This is a rampant issue in Publicis Sapient.
They deliberately have internal interview practise to weed out people they don't want in the org. It doesn't matter how technically strong or hardworking you are, politics always win here.
I have seen some friends of mine and their friends in Sapient even after being trained they couldn't clear client round and still Sapient pays them full amount. It maybe true they laid off non performers but we all know that Sapient is a excellent company and its not a charity.
My friend also got laid off from byjus, stating performance reason but in August end he was awarded top notch employee, sad for him

I work in one of the big 4 of indian MNCs and i resigned but my hr gave me a counter offer as bonus and it matched my expectations. So i accepted it amd now my resignation is cancelled.

Big 4 is not third rated company, they always have projects in pipeline, they infact have more projects and less resources

i totally agree @adi shankar with the point .Firing and hiring is a part of IT .Things now has changed ,companies now look for candidate for multiple skills set than single skill set .You cannot work for a single profile ex : knowing single tool or programming language .You have to have multiple skill sets in 2022 ,If you see in a JD of any opening there are 4/5 different sets of skills . Be motivated ,Don.t be panic .Grow and grow with skills .Company 's will behind you .

This is happening to the people, who have 4-5 years of exp and they asked for 22 to 30 LPA. A company never fires talented people , because it costs them too much to hire a new person.

I hope you get no company. You said Wipro a crappy one just know you are saying this to 230000 people working there. You are just working for certain company as a servant and calling one crappy who are giving you jobs. Just because you are holding more offers you get this attitude it simply proves what a low pity person you are. Remember there are people who don't even get jobs and they work hard and companies respect them. Just because you are holding 4 offer doesn't make you stand somewhere you can disrespect the one giving you offer letter.

Capgemini is good for interview practice. They keep interviewing and you keep clearing their interview process, but at the end no offer letter. HR and hiring people disappear like Mr. India.
