- Enjoy a delicious meal with the delicious clam ramen ^^
1. Prepare the ingredients for stir-fried clams
⊙ 400g clams (for the bag that has been opened)
⊙ 10 cloves of garlic (thinly sliced)
⊙ 1 onion (thinly sliced)
⊙ 1 green chili pepper (thinly sliced)
⊙ 5 cherry tomatoes (halved)
⊙ Appropriate amount of olive oil
⊙ 50ml cooking wine
⊙ 1 tbsp tsuyu sauce
2. Prepare the seasoning sauce
⊙ 50ml soy sauce
⊙ 50ml vinegar
⊙ 4 tbsp sugar
⊙ 1 tsp salt
⊙ 50ml purified water
⊙ 1 tbsp sesame oil
3. Prepare the cold ramen
⊙ 1 serving of raw noodles
4. Recipe
1) Stir-fry the clams
⊙ Coat a pan with olive oil and stir-fry the garlic and onion until fragrant. ⊙ Add the sun-dried clams and pour in 50ml of cooking wine and stir-fry.
⊙ Add cherry tomatoes, green chili peppers, and 1 tablespoon of tsuyu sauce,
and cover the lid and stir-fry until the clams open.
⊙ When the clams open, turn off the heat, let it sit for about 5 minutes, and then cool it down.
⊙ Put an ice pack in a mixing bowl filled with cold water, and soak the clams in a plastic bag for about 15 minutes and cool it down.
2) Making the seasoning sauce
⊙ Boil 50ml of soy sauce, 50ml of vinegar, 4 teaspoons of sugar, and 1 teaspoon of salt in a pot.
⊙ After boiling, add 50ml of purified water and 1 tablespoon of sesame oil, mix well, and cool it down.
3) Completing the cold ramen
⊙ Pour the seasoning sauce over the well-cooked raw noodles.
⊙ Top with the stir-fried clams and cherry tomatoes.
4) Finishing
⊙ If you put clam meat and cherry tomatoes on top of the raw noodles and eat them,
you can feel the savory taste in your mouth!
