The modern advertisements/commercials industry is currently missing something. That little something that can make something as simple as bar of soap seem so glorious....
I wish they would bring back the original Coast as shown here. It was big striped blue bar, square at the ends and would really wake you up. Since Dial bought the rights, it is just a small curved blue colored version now with no pep. I really miss it.
They still have it here in Columbus Ohio. I'm a lover of soaps. I dunno why, I've always collected, appreciated and loved classic soap bars like this. I was fkng LIVID when they changed Irish Spring original formula, so I'd go to Roes Quicky Mart and buy up all the old ones still in stock. They still to this day have the OLD original striped Coast. Its probably 10 year old bars I'm buying but idc lol cheers
It's owned by High Ridge Brands now. True that the scent isn't as strong but it hasn't been changed and still made in USA. Lever 2000 and Irish Spring haven't fared so well.
Everything used to be better. Bar soaps were bigger because that's what everyone bought. Now they don't sell as well, so they're smaller. The government is pressuring them for more natural formulations, which is why Irish spring got ruined. Coast is pretty good but find what works for you and makes you feel nice and clean.

I am a Vietnamese. I think coast soap from 1986 to 2012 is fragrant and coast now, why I don't see it as fragrant as it was years ago, right? 😀

Dove? lol Unilever is so cheap, they keep shrinking the bars and charging more. It also doesn't get you as clean.
@@r0btech I use the sensitive skin body wash and a washcloth. I get clean.
