9 days ago I got a slipped disc during a (bad) gym exercice. I spent a painful week wandering what it could be. On the 7th day I discovered this video, I did these exercices for two days and this evening I really feel almost recovered!
Slipped one more than 3 months ago thanks to my reckless workout regime. Watched this video last week, performed the exercises thrice a day for 5 days. Finally recovered! Thank you Jasper!

Hi, I was suffering through herniated disc for long. I would recommend one exercise that changed my life.
Step 1: Lie on your back on a mat , then slowly pull up your knees and bring them up to your chest . Hold this position for 30 secs.
Step 2: Perform a Cobra pose and hold it for 30 secs.
Perform this 5 times and you ll definitely see the difference.

Done the 1st exercise for years. Will do them 3 times a day from now on. Great simple video.
when l first diagnosed with sciatica 12 years ago, my right feet couldn't land on ground due to pains.Then l went to see my local osteopath for treatment, he advised me to Mckenzie extension started with elbows on floor first then worked all the way up. This is the most effective exercises and can alleviate sciatica nerve pains.

Sorry to hear you haven’t had success yet with these exercises. I sometimes see in my clinic that my patients do not reduce the amount of time they spent sitting down. Does this apply to you as well?

What if your doing these & your feeling pressure in your pelvic area? I know i have a slip disc where pelvis & spine meet with a 45%slippage over pelvis & a pinch nerve into the epidural fat. Water therapy seems to help a lot.... Also been using the precor stretch machine at planet fitness but this pressure greets do bad i have to stop.

Hey Jasper, good to see you again. I have a mid thoracic herniated disc. My neurosurgeon doesn't want to operate, too much risk involved and I haven't seen a neurologist yet or physio. Can this exercise help me now or should I wait to hear what they recommend. I have no sensation in my left leg below the knee and yes it was the result of an incident at work. All the best.
