Ugh, the RUclips algorithm really did something when it recommended Kelly's videos on my home page. It's so refreshing to see black women doing wholesome things, simply existing and enjoying life. This is the content we needed.
Kelly, I don't know if you'll see this but there's a secret weapon I use to make any meal more Italian and delicious: tomato confit. Basically just poach a bunch of cherry tomatoes in good olive oil with some crushed garlic and a bit of salt (and whatever bruised herbs you may have lying around, like basil or rosemary) for about half an hour in the oven. I literally put that on everything - on focaccia bread with some cheese, with my omelette in the morning, on top of some pasta, in my tiramisu. It's all good. xx
