So, since the last time I watched one of your videos, I have:
- tried my very first tiramisu, from an Italian restaurant (loved it)
- bought another tiramisu from my local convenience store (did not love it. TOO much coffee)
- decided to swear off tiramisu
My question then @Kelly Stamps is: How do you know what makes for a good tiramisu? I don't know if it's supposed to be super strong... in which case I don't like tiramisu. Or, whether it's supposed to be more mellow... in which case I love tiramisu.
