My son works for the Corp of engineers that control the river. He told me when the water runs over those rock jetties it digs a hole on the down stream side. That's where the cats hang out. Love watching you catch the big ones !

Keep it up with your videos, they’re worth watching. I want to ask you on what size of rods you are using for channel catfish. Where I am at there are sturgeon to be caught and they are good to eat as well. We have Northern Pike (Jack Fish), Pickerel (Walleye), Perch, Golden Eye… awesome way to eat from the wild and there are no additives to them. They are pure good food… two thumbs up… I am wondering if there are any sturgeon on that river hmmmmm…

@@FeR-kt1jt yep get a old sock and put Wheaties cereal and a lil bit if that uncle Charlie's catfish blood bait put it in the sock and dip it into the lake and form it around your hook, sticks like glue and works very well

…It is good to see my fellow man catching to feed his family. There is nothing like eating out from the wild, the air, the river and lakes. Proud of you. Keep it up with your videos, they’re worth watching. I want to ask you on what size of rods you are using for channel catfish. Where I am at there are sturgeon to be caught and they are good to eat as well. We have Northern Pike (Jack Fish), Pickerel (Walleye), Perch, Golden Eye… awesome way to eat from the wild and there are no additives to them. They are pure good food… two thumbs up… I am wondering if there are any sturgeon on that river hmmmmm…

They will always remember those trips and they will remember you later in life when they go back fishing......I've done a lot myself when I was younger. I fished the Chattahoochie River (George W Andrews Lock and Dam at Columbia, Alabama) many, many times catching Cats and Hybrids....those were good times and good eating too!
