Glad to see back out getting them groceries! My family and I caught us some groceries last Tuesday mess of rainbow trout and some bluegills oh my they was Delicious!!! Got to get back out the store and load up on some more !!! Love me whole fried crappie and gills too !!! Especially with home fries and green tomatoes heck yeah ! I has to make a few hush puppies too yum yum !!! Take care and God bless may your buckets be filled with groceries !!!

Putting a top over cooked fish is a no no because the crispy cooked fish will get soggy right away and the seasoned skin will start falling off

Love y’all fam. Question: Why do you use corn meal, breading and batter? My dad used to use just flour, or I’ve seen people just used corn meal. Also, you used multiple seasonings. Does that make it too salty?
We do it because it is seasoned but honestly adding the cornmeal evens it out
