Hi Dustin, is there a ballpark amount you would recommend per property to allocate for homeowners insurance and even possible home repairs as you acquire new properties via tax deed sales?
@@DustinHahnREI what if it was a tax cert and not a deed. Would you still have to pay the property tax? And how's does that get added on to the tax lien?
I’m in pa I have 15k now and jus quit my job? Judicial auction in pa n my county is Aug 10 but before that should I buy repositary homes now or jus wait???
@@DustinHahnREI already did lol but look jus put an offer in for a foreclosure for 50 on a 200k block now the bank sent a sales agreement today signed it sent it back. In your opinion do u think it ours or the bank give everybody a sales agreement???

Yeah generally vacant insurance is around $600-800 for 6 months. and you'd have to do a full rebah budget to get good numbers on that!

so once you have the tax deed how so would you have to pay any of the property tax that’s coming up
It's your property so you would need to pay it through the county

I wouldn't quit your job just yet, but go to the sale, get familiar, then keep going back to the sale!
