Just curious what happens to any mortgages or liens on the property once you foreclose on the right of redemption? Do they remain with the property or get wiped out?
Any advice for a normal person looking to not invest but just get a house against these large investors? I find a lot of holmes where ususally someones loved one passed and they recieved the house but dont really want it and I cant outbid investors and I just want a house to live not to make a buck on the interest. I know its a risk I wouldnt ge the house but thats why you keep trying but at this point i cant even try against banks and investors.
love the video, I know for tax liens the redemption is over 95%. would you know the percent of deeds that get redeemed?

Mortgages get wiped out in a tax sale, some other liens don't
Can you do anything to the property while you wait?
You can, but if it gets redeemed, you'll be out the money
