Except, like, when you have legit social anxiety disorder and any kind of confrontation or signs of distrust are terrifying to you, so you compulsively go out of your way to make it clear to people that you're being 100% honest, but in doing so you're actively exaggerating your honesty which other people end up paradoxically interpreting as the signs of lying and continue asking you questions to reveal a lie that was never there, only making you act more erratic, making you look even more like a liar, and the cycle continues and continues until the situation is out of hand.
When you have nothing to worry about, then You won't care what someone else is going to think. The trouble with posting these ideas is that people think they become experts and pass judgement whenever they talk with someone. It's not that easy. Even people who do this all the time, say that there's no easy way to say for sure that someone is truthful or lying. Best thing is to be the best you can be and let others be themselves. This is somewhat easier to do, except the fact that you have to study them when they're not lying. Study the basic mad, sad, happy, confused,& hurt. This will help you know when the person is lying. I spot liars asking the question again and again and again until they see the Truth. For example I had a friend at my school she said she hated a person and I wanted to ask if the person that she hated with somebody that I know and I told the name of a person that I knew and she was like, “Nooooooooooo” (felt like she was lyin already” so I decided to ask the question again until she said the truth as I said before. They constantly repeat, " being honest, " "to tell you the truth, " if you want to know the truth, " etc. They are definitely lying about or deceiving you about something. They are partially letting you know that they feel guilt about something they aren't telling you.
Me too. And i have facial parese so communication is difficult anyway. I find the most honest people to be liars. It is tested. I am artist by nature. Some find creative people to lie the most. But if I find a diamond ring it hurts not to give it to the owner. While people who are known to be " honest " don't really care.
My method of spotting a liar is observing the subject over a period of time e.g.one month and quietly investigating whether something they have told me is the truth or not. I will mentally make notes to check on everything they say they have done. If they haven't done what they said they have done then I will never trust them or befriend them EVER.
I can "read" different tones in the voice too that let me "read" if a person is jealous,mad,etc..(I don't even have to KNOW you) I can basically "read" ANYONE. LITERALLY. Even celebs I've never met..

While you gave details on how to catch someone on a lie, what you DIDN’T foresee is there can be people who are good when it comes to lying. For example, if they ask you _”Did you eat my cake?”_ , they could just say _”I was trying to get something out the fridge and I accidentally dropped it”_ . To be a good liar, one must observe their surroundings, make preparations, and make sure the lie sticks. Even if you have to make a mess, the lie would be believable if there is evidence to suggest what happened...happened.

While you gave details on how to catch someone on a lie, what you DIDN’T foresee is there can be people who are good when it comes to lying. For example, if they ask you _”Did you eat my cake?”_ , they could just say _”I was trying to get something out the fridge and I accidentally dropped it”_ . To be a good liar, one must observe their surroundings, make preparations, and make sure the lie sticks. Even if you have to make a mess, the lie would be believable if there is evidence to suggest what happened...happened.
