He hasn't done the 70% or he would have lost weight over the course of the last 30+ videos.. he's been at the same weight or in some cases even gained. He hasn't changed the diet and that's the whole reason he's plateaued.

Honestly quite disappointed in the last couple of videos of this series, the intensity and effort has declined drastically. The biggest part being the lack of a weigh in to keep yourself accountable. I understand you're a content creator but many of us have invested in your YT channel because of this series and we are really pulling for your success. but it seems like you've mentally quit without being direct with us. There are so many good PTs and online coaches in Auckland (some of the best coaches are in manukau too) that could easily help you out because you've plateaued hard and clearly need more help. This routine is exactly why you haven't seen major progress in over 6 months but I suspect the dieting is the biggest culprit. It would be a really good investment in your health. We just want to see you do well in this uso and we respect you enough to give you the truth without needlessly bashing.

But strictly for weight loss, you just need a healthy diet that includes less calories than your body needs every day. Create a calorie difference and you will start losing weight. Exercise is just a little bit of extra help in the process, but diet is the protagonist of the story.
If you are insulin resistant like people like me are, Indians, & Polynesian people like Simeon, then exercise is critical to keep us insulin sensitive. It’s 100% diet and 100% exercise for us

Get a local sponsor for nutrition advice, find a local chef/restaurant that specializes in non-junk, then get an international sponsor for food prep so we can support by buying their product.
Ignore folk claiming exercise isn't majorly important. Doing proper cardio, burning 500 - 1000 calories a session a few times a week has a massive effect on weight loss. But, you do have to start counting calories. No point burning 1,000 calories in a run if you're eating 1,200 later that day in a single meal. Man, it's so annoying how people try discount exercise and don't realise how incredibly useful it is for getting a good calorie deficit without starving yourself.
Give the man credit, he is not the same person who started this journey 91 weeks ago, he's lost 60ish kg, there are many aspects in our life that affect the way we exercise and eat, if uce wants to keep the weight off for life he needs to figure out how to manage that himself, this is his life and the choices he makes now will stick with him forever, it is more than a weekly RUclips video, sometimes you have to struggle before you figure out how to do things. We can suggest things like eat less, or do more at the gym, but a lot of it actually comes from inside of us and our relationship with food and exercise. You need good support, people who are encouraging you to make better choices everyday. Instead of saying "show us your diet, show us the scales", give him some support, you don't need to see those to give support and realistic suggestions. Uce has got this 100% and I know he will get himself together as soon as he can.
People are sick of giving support. The comment section wasn't always like this on his videos, it was filled with support when he slipped up and admitted it weeks ago, he showed his diet at one point after slipping up and people thought he was really taking it seriously again, then he stopped and has showed no progress for weeks. I was literally one of the people defending him weeks back, now I feel like an idiot. 60kg is a lot, but please remember how big he actually is, when you factor that in, dropping 60kg is basically nothing. The weight practically falls off you like water at that size if you are eating within a little deficit. He can eat so much more than the average person cause of his size + exercise, but somehow he goes over that continously, meaning his diet is awful. He knows it, we know it, that's why he won't show it.

Bro, this was week 92, not 91. If you're struggling, no point delaying things. For the remaining 8 weeks you should go FULL FOCUS on the diet and screw the gym. You've worked out enough and probably gained tonnes of muscle. Stop gymming and put 100% of that energy into getting the diet right for 8 weeks; it will make a WAY bigger difference.
Uce no disrespect but the last few weeks seem to be little to no progress, see a nutritionist to get on the right food plan and get a PT to get you on the best weightloss workout plan.
It's obvious you ain't gonna change much in 9 weeks, been following since week 1 and I was there when it went all wrong around week 40. You promised weekly scales and failed on that as well, what happens when you go by week 100 and there's going to be no difference? I think you need to hold yourself more accountable - film your meals and prove us wrong! We see a lot of cardio being done but you burn more at rest doing weights so you definitely need more weight sessions too. These videos are feeling rushed man - you gotta find that drive again

Bro, this was week 92, not 91. If you're struggling, no point delaying things. For the remaining 8 weeks you should go FULL FOCUS on the diet and screw the gym. You've worked out enough and probably gained tonnes of muscle. Stop gymming and put 100% of that energy into getting the diet right for 8 weeks; it will make a WAY bigger difference.

I think you need to hold yourself more accountable - film your meals and prove us wrong! We see a lot of cardio being done but you burn more at rest doing weights so you definitely need more weight sessions too.
