And then you have already saved an extra 700calories from the 3 snags and 2 kebabs. 1 sausage is 150 calories and the chicken skewer 125c. 700 calories less over 7 days - 4,900calories a week. 2 whole days of food intake saved from 1 meal, if you done this to all your meals imagine the calories then. Yeah, weight loss is more about diet than exercise. Creating a calorie deficit should be the primary goal. A healthy diet is 90% of weight loss. You would need to exercise like a demon to burn a lot of weight.

Uce I'm going to be as supportive as I can, this is going to be a lot longer journey than 100 weeks. What people don't understand is how hard it is to break a lifestyle that led to morbid obesity in the first place. Look at an influencer like BrentlyG, he's only down to 150kgs after 5 years and is finally able to wrap his head around healthy eating, nutrition and scheduling his day. All these folks commenting on where you should be are talking out of their ass and don't know what really goes into healing from morbid obesity. You had a big improvement going from being basically bed bound to being able to drive yourself places just by moving, but now losing the weight is a lot more complex and that's why you're on this plateau. Eventually you'll figure out what works for you I just hope all the people comparing you don't get to you.

I know how you feel, I went from 165kgs down to 148kgs riding a bicycle 4,000 km a 2023, then I got stuck at 150kg ate like a bird and rode so far this year 2,100km still eating like a bird, for the past 2 months I am back at 155kg, as a result now I eat what I want, stopped riding and given up, now I am happy and not a slave to watching what I eat and riding everyday, loosing weight is bloody hard and some people's body just won't allow it, your own body fights you every step of the way, so now I have stopped giving a shit and enjoy life.
Bodies adapt. If you're only doing riding you body gets very energy efficient at riding, so its not burning the same amount of calories. Switch it up, CrossFit, HIIT, anything where youre not letting your body adapt.
One word. Ketosis. Bro should’ve been on a keto diet from the get go. Would’ve done 90% of the work for him and the other 10% is him sitting in the sauna like he does every week😂
