QUICK & SIMPLE Instant Pot DUMP and GO Swedish Meatballs with Noodles

    Recipe
    1 pound frozen beef meatballs (or your favorite)
    3 ½ cups beef broth
    1 Tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon garlic, minced
    1 teaspoon dried parsley
    ½ teaspoon salt
    ½ teaspoon pepper
    4 cups extra broad egg noodles
    ½ cup half and half
    1 Tablespoon cornstarch
    ¼ teaspoon nutmeg
    ½ teaspoon onion powder
    ¼ teaspoon allspice
    *Set Instant Pot to Sautee.
    *Add meatballs, allspice, onion powder, nutmeg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper. Stir well.
    *Add the egg noodles in a single layer on top of the meatballs and press down. DON'T STIR!
    *Put the lid on and close. You will hear the music from the IP, close the vent valve to seal.
    *Press manual high pressure for 3 minutes.
    *When the time is up, quick release the pressure.
    *Remove the lid when the pressure is out.
    *Press sauté.
    *In a bowl mix the half and half and cornstarch together until there are no lumps.
    *Add to the noodles and meatballs and stir for 1 minute or until thickened.
    Garnish with chopped parsley
