How long have these guys been boxing, i just started, am a month in and now going to sparring and realis how physically out of shape i am lol, so wondering how long until someone can be this relax and technical.
Don't be afraid. Sparring is still training. Learning what you're lacking is a part of it. Just polish up what you lack afterwards. Should be sparring twice a week and conditioning at least 5 times if you plan to fight
