      Vestibular system which is in middle/inner EAR 👂
      Symptoms:
      While sleeping you feel swaying, or floating on water...
      Tinnitus
      Sometimes pain in left ear
      Sensitive to cold
      Swaying feeling increases if there is sudden sound...
      Can't sleep on back while traveling, as when car/train/bus etc when it takes turn you feel slight spin or off balance
      Fatigue

    There should be campaigns or educational talks at schools to address this issues. Also government must include this as a priority in hospitals to prevent or treat people in need.

    I am suffering from depression and anxiety since 2018. I have joined weekend batch in yoga institute since 6 months. And I am benefited a lot. My condition has improved. Their monthly magazine on yoga and total health also has helped me to be stronger and positive.

      @@sakshipannu6 don't worry . I would recommend three things from my personal experience 1) change the doctor. 10 months medicine should have worked. Normally medicine starts working within one- one and half months. Change the doctor and take new medicines as he prescribes. 2) yoga, breathing, dancing , walking , any form of physical activity, even if you don't feel like. Clean your home, cupboard, anything to keep you active. If not anything please at least go for a walk and do breathing exercises. Take sunlight exposure 3) once these things are done, you should feel better. Then slowly start your daily routine activities. Don't listen to people , don't get tensed because of pressure they put on you. Be calm. It is ok to to fall, but we will get up and will be back. Trust God, so some chanting. Have faith. You will be fine soon.

    1. Sadness (for more than couple of weeks)
    2. Feel fearful, or anxiety, rapid breathing
    3. Loss or decrease in appetite
    4. Problems in personal relationships due to anger
    5. Using alcohol or drugs for feeling better
    6. Change in behaviour
    7. Unpredictable anger
    8. Disturbed sleeping habits
    9. Difficult to concentrate
    10. Decrease in energy levels

    NAMASKAR . I get too much stressed about my studdes. Recently I tried entrance Exam but i get anxiety . i cried eveyday. BUT the problem is that now i am not able to go any UNIVERSITY for the post graduation because now i have fear even i have HOMESICKNESS. M NOT able to do anything .     Maximum symptoms i have suffering from...from last two months I'm doing yoga at morning minimum 1 hour's, running and walking at evening minimum 6km , just last week I'm going to travel Himachal Pradesh and going trekking for changes my mental health but after return my home i have again'suffering from same problem...yoga and running still doing... what's can i do? Plz help

      First try to sort out your problem.. i can suggest you to overcome depression and anxiety you should do YOG NIDRA By anandmurti gurumaa. You can find to it on a you tube.. gradually you will feel relax . Pray to god daily.. believe in your self.

      Do yoga , pranayam continue.. but also relax to your mind. Just feel calm. There is nothing permanent . DO POSITIVE AFFIRMATIONS DAILY.
