I am suffering from depression and anxiety since 2018. I have joined weekend batch in yoga institute since 6 months. And I am benefited a lot. My condition has improved. Their monthly magazine on yoga and total health also has helped me to be stronger and positive.
@@sakshipannu6 don't worry . I would recommend three things from my personal experience 1) change the doctor. 10 months medicine should have worked. Normally medicine starts working within one- one and half months. Change the doctor and take new medicines as he prescribes. 2) yoga, breathing, dancing , walking , any form of physical activity, even if you don't feel like. Clean your home, cupboard, anything to keep you active. If not anything please at least go for a walk and do breathing exercises. Take sunlight exposure 3) once these things are done, you should feel better. Then slowly start your daily routine activities. Don't listen to people , don't get tensed because of pressure they put on you. Be calm. It is ok to to fall, but we will get up and will be back. Trust God, so some chanting. Have faith. You will be fine soon.
