Great series so far. But in the whole series you are not "Joshua Bardwell" and we didn't "learn something today"🤪

🌊..From across the pond 🇮🇪.. Great series Joshua .. I’m going to rewatch the whole series over the Winter months to help me improve… I flew a bit over the Summer with my TinyHawk 2 freestyle… Lift Off is a great sim though wish there was a mountain/ Waterfall level 😀

Something that helped me more than anything was loosening my controllers throttle joystick. Look up how to loosen your controllers joystick/gimbal tension on youtube. As loose as you can get it but not so loose that it flops around when you move the controller. Thank me later 😉

Joshua, what’s your fov and cam angle here? Thank you.

I feel like we're reaching a point where it would be important to talk about camera angle. We adjusted it quite low in the beginning, about 20-25°, but for some of these maneuvers and especially for racing, I feel like the higher angle is needed in order to maintain speed and really get used to "cruising" without constantly looking at the ground.
If one of the next videos covers this, I'm looking forward to it! I also couldn't find a dedicated video on the topic from you, unless I'm blind. Would be great to talk about it in-depth :)

Thank you so much for all of this content! I think that I have a solution for an issue that you raise in this video. Bailing out of a power loop by rolling would look much cooler if you call it an Immelmann.😁

There's a grouping of trees at a local spot I fly that has what I call my Charlie Brown Kite Eating Tree except it's my quad. On two occasions it has taken me out. Once I got stuck for about 20 minutes before I could get it down. Another time, I clipped branches and ejected my battery. It took me about 15 minutes to find it. I thought it was in the tree but I found it at the base and the lipo about 5 feet away.
    .
The trees are grouped together leaving a tight gap between the branches of two trees. It's like an opening to the sky. I have a tendency to throttle up and pitch back too soon before clearing the gap when I should be breaking it down into segments. First perfect the line that gets me under the trees and through the gap, then work up to the point of being inverted and roll out, then complete the loop but not shoot the gap just yet until I can get around and get back under them and go straight. Then finally add another loop. They are tall trees so the loop will be pretty big. I need to be more methodical about it. I'm determined to get it.

Watching Powerloops going straight into the tree's branches triggers an anxiety that I didn't think was still in my system 😂

Betaflight 4.5 bricks my 2x TMotor F7 HD x F55 and won't let my receiver talk to the FC's anymore. Rolled back to 4.4 and works as normal. Hopefully this gets fixed when GA!

I love debating this one Lmao To me "Power loop" means doing a loop, under power the whole way. I would call these a backwards or forwards loop, because they are not down under "power".
