when I was younger, I had flat feet. My mom took me to the doctor and told me to use a shoe insole made for my feet. I used them in my school shoes everyday for less than a school year plus they weren’t uncomfortable either maybe for like the first ten minutes they were but you got used to it and forget about it. Currently, I have a high arch on both of my feet. Though, I was very young at the time I used those insoles, so I don’t know if this will work for other people. Try asking a orthopedist if it’s possible you’ll never know. :))
That is such a good tip! Yes I definitely advice to get a real orthopedic insoles if you have flat feet. But I didn’t know it can correct flat feet. That’s so smart. Thank you babe for this advice ❤️

All these tips are super helpful! Tamara Mellon heels now have a pillow top insole that helps SOOOO MUCH with reducing ball of foot pain. I normally can't wear a 4 inch heels, but their cloud insole really makes it possible to wear stilettos or any heels for long periods of time Has anyone else tried them out?💕

I've had the bad experience that when I ask a girl who's using high heels how to endure or avoid the pain from using heels, they usually blame me for being a weak woman, and that makes me feel sad. But with this video I feel I can try again and instead of going for some stilettos and pretend it doesn't hurt, I'll try out something comfier like the platforms and start working from there. I've heard men try to shame women for not wearing heels (they like) because they're too fat. Horrible for someone to say that. Completely unnecessary for men like that to exist IMO.

I have tried taping my 3rd and 4th toes together. It does work, it's not as good as wearing comfy flats but it does make it bearable. Also you might feel the pain later when you take the tape off. I only do this for cosplay when I have no other choice for a costume.
Oh geesh I know that trick but sometimes the pain is tooooooo much that even the tape method doesn’t work 🥰❤️

Since it is closing on the end of the year I chose a two dresses and a pair of heels for a dance and graduation. My feet hand large arches but I know I can barely walk in softball or soccer cleats so I chose 2 inch heels. They are kind of the blocked ones (like platform but without the base, just the thick heel)

Use the orthotic insole support. They can work a little.
With me with doesn't matter how low I lower the high heel,I suffer of fibromyalgia I think it makes my feet more sensitive to pain & really miss using high heels even if they not very high.

Even in kitten heels my balls of feet scream. I’ve noticed that when I tape up the balls of my feet they no longer hurt. But my feet sweat so I’ll try baking soda or cornstarch. I’ve tried everything so I’ll just tape my feet and keep moving.

@@TheMostComfortableHeels I tape the ball of my foot and the third and fourth toe. So far it works. I’m gonna use KT tape cause boy do my feet sweat. I lose more quarts of sweat in my feet than my armpits.

@@TheMostComfortableHeels Not entirely certain. The pair I bought that I mentioned...are 5 inches. Considering more of a boot style, to prevent straining or even breaking my ankle. Each time I wear the pair I have I've gotten more confidence walking in them...but the thought of running, amazes me how any of you are able to do so without falling.
