I've just found this channel and I'm so excited and grateful lol! My first cruise is coming up soon and I haven't worn heels in 13 years! I would just stress that if you have diabetes or neuropathy in your feet, be careful with anything that numbs. You could be getting a blister and not realize it and with diabetes that can cause real problems because the feet usually have a hard time healing. Definitely checking out some of the inserts and such. I have horrible ball of foot pain in heels. Plus I've gain weight. Having these formal nights on the ship have really worried me. There's so many useful tips on this channel. I'll be buying some insoles for ball of foot, maybe foot heel, some of the strap things, some of the gripping stickers for the bottoms, and some deodorant spray, especially for the wonderful clear pair I've purchased. I have skin problems on the soles of my feet and flat feet, I would like a video of the care of the soles of my feet and the right shoes for flat feet and some technique to correct flat feet. More videos we love
I have extremely tender feet and omg this will be a life saver because i got some very comfortable heels that i can only wear with socks since my feet cant handle any straps. Its nothing but surface level pain which apparently can be averted :D
I have a question I really want your input on: I have a pair of heels from SheIn that have gummy heels, as in they bend when I walk. I thought it could be smart to drill long heavy duty screws through the heel to make it sturdy. Do you think this would work?
Hmm, it might work but I'm not sure. I don't know how much those shoes mean to you but please be aware of the risk that it might ruin your shoes. But if it does work, please let me know
Numbing stuff NOT good for heels medically speaking!!! If your foot is numb you don't feel problems. My mother as a doctor her early years treated a woman with horrible broken bone she didn't feel at first and walked on damaging it more

Make sure to talk to your doctor about the numbing spray before using it. But if it’s just surface level and not too painful you can try it ❤️
