if you search on eBay you'll find a host of sellers who will design or sell you predesigned Katzkin leather seats directly. From there you can find a local shop that works with upholstery.
The way it normally works is you HAVE you buy Katzkin from an authorized dealer who gets your design order it from Katzkin then they charge you like $1500-$1800 for installation alone. so what normally cost anywhere between $2300 (for basic black leather) to $3500 for something crazy can honestly be done for less than $1500.

I just did this myself to a 2019 F250. It’s amazing both in look and feel. It was $940 with front heaters. I went through Leather Seat Pros, they sell Katskinz but without the mandatory install so you can DIY

If you go through Katzkin you get a 3/36 national warranty against defects.
So question how much did you pay and how did you go about no taking their installment services

You mentioned eBay, what seller ? Also. You would be surprised what your Mopar dealers price is. We had a Katzkin kit installed in our 09 Ram for 1100 total. MSRP was 1600, and those prices include install. Yours look nice, did the Alacantra tighten up ? Would be my only thing to mention, it looks a tad loose in the middle. Really nice look, good vid.

Look guys, you get what you pay for. I've been doing this for 20 yrs. I would be embarrassed if i turned out seats with that many wrinkles and door pad seams that had more waves than the ocean. I'm a certified katzkin installer. If i produce crap work, i loose that status. We loose those referrals. The company i work for is insured. Standardized, and QC'ed. What do you think happens when upholstery Joe there doesn't connect your airbag properly, or doesn't tighten that seatbelt holding in your child's car seat? Or just has an off day and puts a hogring through your seat, maybe cut a hole to wide or in the wrong spot? You live with it because you chose the cheap route. Certified installers have you covered in those cases, and quality is head and shoulders above that installation. This is what you pay for. Knowledge is power, and cheaper usually isn't better.
