I’ve been wanting to pick up an original Vita for quite awhile and you’re making me want to get one more and more haha. Thanks for the awesome video! Enjoy that aqua blue vita! 😁
I already own a vita for a couple of years and now I want to buy a PSP Go but I can't find any in good condition in my country. Japanese people seem to be more caring with their devices, so I'm looking into buying it from there.
Found one in kamakura. There's a local retro game store called b dash. It's close to a tourist spot kamakura daibutsu. Staff was very nice, got it in excellent condition for about $132.
I just got a black vita 2000 Japanese model that my GF bought me for Christmas off ebay. The system is wonderful and in great shape... and I have it jailbroken with a ton of games on it. One of my new favorite devices. Installing some vita games as we speak 😇
Sick, congrats! I bought my first vita locally last summer, slim, in amazing condition, prehacked, i am all for the slim model, dont want the original because of screen burn over time and battery life, and design.
Especially the screen burn, it uses older OLED technology so you'll definitely will notice it over time. Besides, LCD is more than good enough for these games. Enjoy :)
Bought one recently and I love it! - thanks for your recommendations. Btw - swapping X and O doesn't solve the issue since then you have them wrong in almost all games (and only "correct" outside games the system itself).
I had an OLED US model and I sold it several years ago. and now I'm kicking myself. My reasoning was, well it's much harder to replace the battery compared to a GBA, DS and so on. But now I want a vita collection again. It's nice that I can get a Japanese one pretty cheap while I try it hunt down an excellent condition US OLED one with the box. Probably gonna buy a brand new Japan slim soon. But I just splurged on a barely used really nice US PS3 slim recently! (Yeah I like my systems brand new or barely used)
Apparently it does, so you're better off not changing them. You can use the touch screen for the system menus, and most games will have both the gameplay and the game menus with the regular buttons. And if not, it will just be the menus flipped. (Unless you're playing a japanese import game, those will use the flipped buttons of course).
I bought this exact same vita about two years ago on ebay. $200 with the box, was in perfect condition. Couldn't even tell it was used.

@@DoubleDragonGaming Can i put games if i dont jailbrake? Just download them from pc and put on sd card?
Today I learned that holding the cancel button closes the app without needing to drag the card with the touch screen. Thanks lol
Nice! I ordered the same model and color and will arrive in early April! 😀

Thankfully henkaku lets you switch the function of them in the system OS :)

I'm waiting on my silver 1000 now. Near perfect condition. And I think silver is kinda rare for the 1000 series
I hope I can pick one up for cheap on my japan trip lol in germany its so expensive to get a ps vita
Great video @
Wasn’t the accessory port for 3G models to put a simcard? Simslot?
That is correct. I've seen videos on converting it for micro SD so you can still use the cartridge slot for games.
Buying the last stock of vita in game shop is one of my best decision 😅
I just purchased a preowned PS Vita at Akihabara Tokyo today. 😊
hello may I ask where specifically in tokyo? is there enough stock of vitas there😭
did swapping the x and o buttons switch the in-game functionality of those buttons as well?
I was wondering that as well

Have you played the god of war HD collection on the system because I can’t get the action button to work on this game!!!!
Been wanting to get one for a while now. Currently I’m leaning towards the 1100 model, is the oled worth it?
How long did it take for shipping?

Btw are u Serbian. Bc i am croat. Dont really know should i buy ps vita from amazon or ebay. I want to mod it.
Looking that good of a console, dunno if you got lucky, but who was the seller you got it from. See if they ship to EU cos they look trustworthy!
