My friend's father was growing fat Afghani in NY in the late '70s. They always had a cookie tin full of buds on top of the fridge. Typical night in high-school: Friend says "going out" (while grabbing a handful from the tin). "Okay, be home by 11:00".

I smoked some Peyote-laced herb with some Native American guys trying to get into a Pat Benetar concert with a bolt cutter for the fence. They succeeded. I was wandering around in the very back Hallucinating blue circles, orange squares, and yellow triangles, as they floated towards me. People became clear, as I was only seeing their profile pass by me.
I had to sit down. It wad dark, and when I stood again, the visions continued. I don’t remember much more of the night, except for the guitar solo. Obviously, I made it home somehow.

I hiked the lost coast trail out and back for ten days in Humbolt. That was something. Hiking low tide on the beach. Detoured up Rattle snake mountain.

Pith stores AND transports water and sugars and is like a blanket over the xylem and phloem (XP). Its dynamic and I assume in more ideal conditions the pith is minimal (hollow stems) which is less restrictive of XP. I would bet one stress response could be pith growth for water and nutrient storage as a hedge against lean times. Leaves as nutrient sinks being the more predominant strategy. One could argue the pith growth response covers the short term and leaf sinks the long?

Excellent so authentic Appellations for West Asia to Southeast Asia but might that include AFRICA as well since those came from the routes carrying it from Asia and across the Mediterranean Sea 🙂 So, is the claim, then, that USA appellations will be based on WHAT WAS DONE WITH the seeds 🙂 Authentic Appellations vs. Manufactured Appellations is getting confusing & Patient/Public Marketing still defeats Appellation marketing unless the Appellation flowers are SAFE and we can titrate them SAFELY 🙂 Thank you for your wonderful work 🙂

The modern hybrids don't hit like the traditional landraces. %THC is a useless parameter.

the usual american lack of understanding of hash but absolute respect for when the guy started talking about having his own problems in his own country. that is absolutely true its not perfect in the west like they think in some minds of the east. also a lot of other truths this man is speaking. america has the least understanding but the biggest ego and that is sadly why the american hash and most of the weed is utter garbage its just really inbred and judged solely on the wrong aspects. the moonshine comparison is so true! who wants to promote drinking moonshine all day everyday for 50 years if you even survive it. same with weed. i feel blessed to have been part of hash culture in europe and i feel sorry for people starting smoking now but also im optimistic that some of us might get through to modern breeders that their seed breeding is done all wrong and a bit of a scam. lovely talk guys. you americans are super amusing and for what you lack you make up for in innocents. much love and all the best
