@@LewChain What do you mean outside her range? I think they're on her range but she couldn't go any lower
@@maijapoppanen218 More like outside her comfortable range.. So those lower notes sound more enclosed because she cannot project them, as I think she is a mezzo soprano. If she was a mezzo (they go lower), those notes would sound full and projected.
So think about how a mezzo could create a vibrato with them, but this lady cannot. At the same time, a mezzo cannot reach as high as this lady.

@@maijapoppanen218 she wasn't allowed to talk much on the trip in Romania, she mostly sang in the finale. Her manager did most of her talking haha. She had to cancel her part in "sound of music" in Norway because of it. She spoke about it on her IG. And then because it fell so close to the outbreak of corona, she had to be quarantined asap because they were unsure if she could have caught the virus. So it was bad enough for medics to react that way to it.
Ulrikke, PLEASE film a music video before Eurovision.
I like how well calculated the shots were in mgp. It really shows how powerful it is to make sure that camera angles are carefully placed and arranged during a live show

Great vocals and performance but I still hope there will be a better song for her in the future and she will win Eurovision for Norway! Don't like the message of the song, like it's about a toxic relationship? I doubt it would have won, sorry. But fingers crossed Ulrikke will have the right song and then just slay Eurovision. It was cancelled, but it was cancelled after she did promo tour performances. Here she did a performance in the Romanian national final and ESC 2020 was actually cancelled two weeks after this. Here she still thought she was going to participate.

Nu e pentru oameni tristi, e pentru oameni care pot simti si trai emotia dintr-o melodie. Si in piesa asta, exista emotie. Are si ea prezenta scenica, nu mi se pare asa mecanica si statica. Nu e chiar asa varza Roxen pe cat crezi tu. E un artist la inceput de drum, dar are o voce foarte frumoasa si stie sa iti transmita o stare, stie sa isi intre in rol pe scena, care sa se potriveasca cu piesa. Sustin ambele piese la Rotterdam

I think it's at least 80% Ulrikke. She sings the song so earnestly that people really care about her. Would I love the song if just anyone sang it? Probably not. Do I love it when Ulrikke sings it? YES! ❤
