    I love mechanical drop sets, especially when it comes to busting through plateaus, or having less time in a training program and plugging in effective muscle building strategies. This can also spice up the training and add something novel that works and gets a crazy pump.
    Use this wisely and not too much of it, I tend to keep it to 2-3 sets of one exercise in a training day.
