Bulgarian split squats are one of my favorite lower body exercises to build both strength, muscle, and performance in the lower body.
Thing is, I've seen a lot of misleading things said about then, whether it comes to form, variations to use, where to load it, rep ranges, etc.
Because of that I wanted to do an in depth video about how to do Bulgarian split squats the right way, covering everything from:
