Actually this is quite a freeflowing and poetic version. Nothing wrong with that. Chopin wouldn't have wanted everyone to play this by strict metronome every time. He himself is known to have taken a lot of liberties with his etudes. Maybe this could be a tad slower, but it's also fine just like this.
