- I've found Ido Portal's Squat Routine 2.0 very helpful to my practice. Here are his videos to which all credit is due:

Follow along on the easiest level suggested by Ido, 10 reps and 10 second holds in each of the four exercises:
1. Single knee pushes / side + holds
2. Sky reach twists / side + hold
3. Double knee pushes + holds
4. Buddha bows + hold
(I accidentally mixed up the order so 3 came after 2 compared to the original.)
