Could you try masking over the lettering, then with a soft hammer. Hit around the letters, hopefully, that'll cut the tape for ya, then just remove piece by piece. Another way would be using a sandpaper instead of hammer. Those small numbers might be too difficult with this method.
done a similar thing with lettering with 2k paint a firm sponge with a bit of thinner. could try just a firm sponge to wipe away the powder and leave it in the lettering in the future.
The wheels are looking so good. Could possibly try mixing up some paint and using a syringe to fill the lettering with paint. Not sure how well it would work but it's an idea
It looks amazing! Have you ever tried the paint in a syringe that you kind of inject into the indentation to fill with paint? I saw someone do that with a rocker cover before. Don't know if it would work with this though.
The Harts looks FANTASTIC.
*Joke* Wet the letters before applying the powder 🤣🤣
Love how they came out,Mark! From the 5 foot test, you can't notice the errors in the red. 😉
I actually figured out the problem with the white.....but you'll have to wait for the next episode for that!
The OG Ratchet and Clank games were awesome!
Those Harts look awesome. Great job Mark.
Thanks Iain!👍
Pretty pleased with them actually.
They look fantastic..
Sure, you will know of the tiny imperfections, most people won't...
(unless they watch this and then go looking for them......)
I love Ratchet and Clank!!! Full points for binge playing them.
Killer games! There is actually about 16 of them with the new Rift Apart (which is amazing btw!)
Awesome work as usual, Also great to hear the love for Ratchet & Clank, i'm 54 and still love that game :D
It's so good! I have 6 versions including Rift Apart on PS5, but there is actually 16 odd separate R&C games!
Thats cool, i don't have PS5 yet so that will be on my list for sure@@BarrelBros

I've since talked to Scotty at Oxytech Powdercoats and he uses a little rubber edged scraper gizmo.
Wish I'd spoken to him sooner lol.
Damn they look good!

Thought about that but paint won't stick to powder which is essentially a plastic.
Ratchet and clank is great! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
Excellent games!

Works on paint but won't stick to powdercoat.
Ahh of course@@BarrelBros
Why didn't you try a stencil around the letters?
It's probably difficult to do and be very hard to get it exactly.
This^^
White wheels are white.
That is all.
They are indeed, though technically, white is all colours.
Black of course being the absence of colour.
