It's installed on all Crystals and you can enable it through Pimax Play!

OK, it's activated already, did not knew it was called Tobii ...I had understood that tobii was a new third-party solution for eyetracking and DFR... it is presented as something new than ...@@PimaxVR . Thank you for your reply

I can't buy pimax because VR with cable that can't walk around room far. or park.

they sell the cable system which pretty much wireless. I have it and works just fine. no more cable on the ground and can go from seat where I play regular VR games to my sim rig without have any cables getting in the way

Terrible support, no answer for many days. Box came open looked like a used product and when I tried to return it they are telling me to pay customs fee back in China. Like what? Customs fee for returning? Dont even dream about return label from them. Definitely not a good customer experience. Very shady

Don't they have warehouses in other countries though? I get their main HQ is in China but is that the only place where they handle returns?
