It's no wonder that Taurus served as the basis for all the meents trucks, putting down a lap in 1990 that would be competitive a decade later on a track with the same layout.

Noticed that Scott Douglass said the Master of Disaster was a winner of the first 3 truck side by side monster truck race "a few years ago". How can that be if that race was in 1990 by TNT and this USHRA race was also from 1990.

It is believed that this event wasn't actually presented until something like late 93. There were a few weird after-the-fact tuff trax/super trax releases.

Why wasn't Grave Digger and Dennis competing in many shows in the 90's?

He was tied up in the tuff Trax tour and in the early 90s he was building new trucks to keep up with team Bigfoot

Combination of costly breakage/crashes and a couple of major injuries in 1991 and 1992 that sidelined Dennis for a while.

    Was this a two-day event?

This was the Houston date USHRA had already booked for 1990, which IIRC was always a single show in November mainly dedicated to the conclusion of the pulling season for USHRA. The two-day shows were TNT's dates from January/February each year before Pace Motorsports bought out TNT in August 1990 and phased out the TNT name entirely at the end of 1991.
Not sure on exact timeline, but also this may have been the last race for the 1990 Camel Monster series before the two-day Mud & Monsters finale in Rosemont.
