I just never get tired of hearing it! Before, when I was so confused and thought I was never good enough, it was such a state of despair. Always in the back of my mind. Now I am free and I can let the power of the Holy Spirit work on me. Thank you Jesus for saving me! Thank you, Pastor Arnold for being a faithful teacher of God’s precious word.
Wicked perversions? You certainly have no spiritual discernment. Or you would not say such blasphemous things. But that is the KJV only cult for you. A doctrine of demons.
At 36:50 --- The verse 1 Timothy 3:16 is ONLY COMPLETE in the King James Bible. ALL other Bibles, the verse begins with "He", and NO other Bible spells out that "God was manifested in the flesh". That verse ALONE should tell people that ANY "versions" are NO GOOD.. that the original, the King James Bible, is the ONLY bible that can be trusted.. Thank you for this, Pastor Arnold! I've known about these "versions" changing and adding and subtracting entire verses as well as words and replacing words, not a one is reliable. ONLY the KJB...
Dr. Yankee sure did disturb the hornets nest with this sermon! I have read and owned and still own different translations, but for me the KJV has the richest wording. KJV is my choice.
I will NEVER be convinced that these "versions" are not a deception. I've seen too many changes, and last week, after seeing Daniel 3:25 in the KJB and in the versions, that really did it! Not to mention 1 Timothy 3:16 and 1 John 5:7-8, which are but a few. Now we have TWO new versions of the NASB for 2020-21, thanks to John MacArthur, a false teacher, putting out with his gang, a "Legacy" Bible.. Hasn't he done enough damage already? I saw this video, but I'm watching again..just to hear the truth AND because I love my Yankee..I WILL donate again soon, brother..I'll know better tomorrow. God bless and keep you and Betty always. Jesus is coming SOON! \o/
I am more convinced than ever that KJV onlyism is one of Satan's most subtle deceptions. Thank God he has blessed us with more accurate modern translations in English we can understand. Even the KJV translators knew their work was far from perfect. What makes the KJV only cult think they know better?
It's only the KJV ONLY crowd that does the silly attacking. The rest of us understand that the KJV has its limitations just as do the other translations. The KJV is a "secondary source" for Bible study...you must study the Greek and Hebrew.

Wonder where the "preserved word of God" was before 1611? Can it only be found in the archaic English of the KJV? Satan truly is at work. The KJV only heresy being one of his greatest deceptions.
Started with KJV in 1983. Gravitated to NASB, then NKJV. .Saw quite a few sound, thorough teachings of "why KJV?".. Convicted by the Holy Ghost back to the KJV 2 yrs ago & staying put with it.
-A pastor can tell you all day long that you are saved, but where is the evidence? Where do you find it? Most Christians will go to the Word to CONFIRM this truth. But, if you go to your MV-it will not confirm this truth! For this TRUTH is removed from all M.V.'s!
No surprise that this lecture begins with the statement, "I don't know Hebrew or Greek". Those who DO know Hebrew and Greek have come to very different conclusions than Mr. Yankee. Ignorance is not always "bliss". Becoming familiar with the Hebrew and Greek texts and the process of transmission is essential for any kind of informed opinion on this subject. So many of the comments on this page are very unfortunate. Things like, "I don't care what the experts or academics or theologians say". With this mindset, it's no wonder the world thinks that Christians park their brains in a jar when talking about religion. God wants his people to use their brains! "Come now, let us reason together!"
Thank you...well said. The KJV is a fine translation...but that's what it is...A TRANSLATION! Along with all theother versions it is a "secondary source" and you always lose something in a translation. You must study the Greek and Hebrew to device how accurate a translation is.

Mat 13:33 Another parable spake he unto them; The kingdom of heaven is like unto leaven, which a woman took, and hid in three measures of meal, till the whole was leavened. What a gross misinterpretation of a parable of Christ. To try to justify the insane and sataniic cult. You obviously represent the lunatic fringe of the KJV only cult.
The meal is the word of God, and the whole is the modern versions? Talk about taking scripture out of context to try and justify the KJV only heresy. The sort of thing the Jehovah Witnesses do. The rediculous ludicrous claims of the KJV only cult would be laughable. If it wasn't for the fact that it is so deceitful and unbilical. Satan Cast Seeds of Doubt -You know, the first time Satan spoke in the OT, he cast doubt on the “Spoken Word of God” (Gen. 3:1, “Yea, hath God said” ). -The first time Satan spoke in the NT, he cast doubt on the “Living Word of God, Jesus” (Matt. 4:3, “If thou be the Son of God” ). So why, why, why would any biblically sound thinking person in Christ (2 Tim. 1:7) even think that Satan, that “snake in the grass,” wouldn’t take the chance to bite at, cast doubt, on the Written Word of God??? He’s directly attacked God’s voice and His Creation-Adam and Eve, and he has directly attacked God, the Creator-Jesus. Why wouldn’t Satan directly attack (through evil subtleties) God’s Appointed Leading Elect of the-New Testament Church-the theologians, scholars, language teachers, pastors, educators, and the teachers in the Church?
Choosing a Bible is not a preference. Either one, or none of them are the absolute truth. Different words teach different doctrines. You can't have 2 or more Bibles in any given language. God wrote only one Bible in any language that he has ever put his words in.

@@innovati It's no fun getting old - but the one thing I look forward to is that in another decade or so, all the KJV only advocates will have passed on. I wonder why it doesn't bother them that virtually no recognized scholar in textual criticism agrees with them? It's interesting - if you follow their "logic" that the majority text is the real word of God, then for the first 1000 years of the church, the Alexandrian text type was in the majority - so it was the "Word of God". Then, around the 9-10th century, the Byzantine text type was voluminously copied - and overtook the Alexandrian in sheer numbers. So what used to be the word of God was no longer the word of God. And the Byzantine type - which didn't exist before the 5th century "became" the word of God. And therefore the church that spread and prospered for the first 5 centuries - didn't even have the word of God? Make sense? Hardly.
0:39: If you are not an expert on Greek, Hebrew & Aramaic how can you be sure that that the KJV is all it should be? On the KJV (from my country, Britian): 1) It is a known fact that the translators sometimes "bent" their translation in the direction that would satisfy King James. 2) The KJV Old Testament is based on the Masoretic Text, the KJV New Testament on Textus Receptus. But since that time, we now have the Dead Sea Scrolls which have all books of the OT except Esther. These are over 1000 years earlier. We also have more manuscripts for the New Testament, including Tischendorf's Codex Sinaiticus. And since then we have 7 constructed Novum Testamentum Graece, the most important being Nestle-Aland's 28th edition, Westcott & Horts next and Tischendorf, von Soden, Vogels, Merk, Bover). And also the 5th edition of Biblia Hebraica for the Old Testament. From these sources, new translations are constructed. So I would rather have a Bible where the "best" Hebrew, Aramaic & Koine Greek is used as source. The KJV scholars did a reasonable job but it should be admitted they did not have available the earliest manuscripts. Interestingly enough checking reveals that the closest 4 bible translations to Nestle-Aland are all American (with NASB the top), the ESV 5th, NIV 10th and KJV, NKJV 19th & 20th respectively. That shows how much the KJV deviates from the Greek. I would not use a KJV as a study Bible. 1st preference would be a Greek/English interlinear and Hebrew/Aramaic/English interlinear.

The Gospel according to Barnabas Muslims like because it denies New Testament teachings on Jesus. But get this, the earliest copies we have of these are late 1500's - early 1600's. And I have the complete works of Nag Hammadi. They are all New Testament Apocrypha dating to 4th century. Gnostic. Here is some sample Nag Hammadi: "And as for him, he found them in himself, and they found him in themselves, that illimitable, inconceivable one, that perfect father who made all, in whom the realm of all is, and whom the realm of all lacks, since he retained in himself their perfection, which he had not given to all. The father was not jealous. What jealousy, indeed, is there between him and his members? For, even if the eternal being had received their perfection, they would not have been able to approach the perfection of the father, because he retained their perfection in himself, giving it to them as a way to return to him and as a knowledge unique in perfection. He is the one who set all in order and in whom all existed and whom all lacked. As one of whom some have no knowledge, he wants them to know him and love him. What did they lack, if not the knowledge of the father?" That is "The Gospel of Truth" _...old makes it better right there is no need to find more of the Bible we have all we need I believe_ Old is better. People used to manually copy scripture and in the process introduce errors. The KJV Old Testament is based on Hebrew Masoretic text and that is 900AD. The Dead Sea Scrolls are the same books, Hebrew but up to 1000 years earlier. Your arguments make no sense. You are saying that we should prefer to use Hebrew documents that have copyist errors rather than older versions of the *SAME* books.

I dont have to blindly accept what they say. What I do know is the KJV is inadequate. Your saying that whatever Hebrew, Aramaic & Greek text of the Bible that the KJV translators worked with in 1625 are *FLAWLESS* when they did their work. How do you know that they are flawless? Just because you want to say that the KJV is perfect? It comes from my country (UK) and I say it is not. I often read the translators notes for a Bible and find out what their version is based on. I want to find out if they have used the Latin Vulgate, the Septuagint, the Syriac Peshitta, the Samaritan Pentateuch, the Dead Sea Scrolls, the Biblica Hebraica, the Novum Testamentum Grace. I want to see what their policy is on hard to translate words (that is what the Vulgate and Septuagint are for. Perhaps the translators of 2000 years ago had better idea of difficult Hebrew & Greek words were and so the Latin and Greek are acting as a commentary). As far as I am concerned, the newer translations are better because the translation has higher standards now, a better translation philosophy. For every single problematic word, my version has footnotes. The KJV does not have that.

This guy is very good at teaching the gospel of salvation clearly and distinguishing being born again from being a disciple or follower of Christ. However, as soon as I saw this video in my recommended, I just had to face-palm. Of course, no one gets everything correct in their doctrine perfectly, but this is a bit sad to see. It can make the true gospel and the doctrine of free grace look less appealing to others in Christendom when they see most of its proponents are "KJV Only" people. If we want to talk about the perfect original inspired Word of God, that would be the original writings in the original languages. There are so many various translations today because of the natural course of cause and effect that translating a language/culture into a different language results in. What's a shame also is that the English language gets so many different translation versions, while most of the languages in the world still don't have a single verse translated for them in their mother tongue.
The Madness is here - “come out of her my people” Come out of the New World Order and the Roman Catholic Church, the“thick and palpable clouds of darkness,” as called by the King James translators.

Thank you so much for this! It helped me decide to get a KJV. I do have one question though. When I was at a Bible study we were reading Genesis 14:16 , my version, the KJV, was the only version that called Abrams' nephew, his brother. All the others said his relative. I wonder if they mean to write "his brothers' son".
The Hebrew word is "ach" - which is a very primitive word - can mean, "brother, relative, same tribe", or even, "having a physical resemblance". It has very broad usage in ancient literature. The Hebrew word does not have a direct English counterpart - which is why English translations will differ. That's why it is frequently translated, "brethern" or "kin" - as in Gen 43:7, Jos 1:15 and 1Sam 17:22.
Sunflower girl..you said Genesis 14:6, well look in verse 12. Chapter 12:5 gave the answer first. Our King James Bible will define itself, whether in the same verse or verse before or after..in the context. A lot of times, the context will define a word. Our Bible has a built-in dictionary.
When the King James Version of the Bible came off the press of Robert Barker in 1611, it contained an eleven-page preface titled “The Translators to the Reader.” This preface is primarily a defense of the new translation, but it also provides important information about the translators’ views on the subject of Bible translation. It is an embarrassment (or should be) to King James-only advocates because it contains statements from the translators that are in direct opposition to the KJV-only position. 1) They argue the need for a new translation in light of greater manuscript evidence; 2) They argue that the perfections of Scripture can never be appreciated unless it is understood, and it cannot be understood until it is translated into the modern language of the common people; 3) They argued that the old can always be improved upon - those who rejected the KJV because they liked the older versions better should realize that the efforts of previous English translators are to be commended, nevertheless, they themselves, if they were alive, would thank the translators of this new translation. 4) They state that In their work they felt it was essential to include marginal notes, despite the fact that some might feel such notes tend to undermine the authority of the Scriptures. These notes are essential since the translators confess that oftentimes they were unsure how a word or phrase should be translated. Similarly: 1) Modern translators have access to thousands of manuscripts and fragments which KJV translators did not have available at the time it was published. 2) The KJV translators thought it best to provide a modern-language version - to have God's word better understood. Seemed like a good idea at the time? It still does! 3) Yes - the work of men can always be improved upon. 4) The KJV translators understood their work to be imperfect - as all translation are - since they are the product of men. In conclusion - if the KJV translators were around today, they would be aghast at how their work has been turned into an idol. 2Kings 18:3-5 - "And he did what was right in the eyes of the Lord, according to all that David his father had done. He removed the high places and broke the pillars and cut down the Asherah. And he broke in pieces the bronze serpent that Moses had made, for until those days the people of Israel had made offerings to it (it was called Nehushtan)."
Scott Campbell, you are a liar. The KJV translators DID have everything available to them. They chose not to use certain manuscripts because they knew they were corrupt. Is lying a regular thing for you, or only in the matters of the word of God? Away with you, serpent.

Now concerning some who claim to be KJB only and also claim to believe every word in it; I do have issue because we find many plainly written passages in the KJB that, when pressed, they in fact do not believe and twist to their own liking. For example this speaker takes Eph 2:8 and doctrinally applies it to everyone in the Book, when in truth the OT Saint had to do works to show his faith as will also the Trib Saints. The Christian should always, without failure, should be saying to themselves when reading the Word; “Lord, is it I?” Am I as this person, or these people in this verse, in this passage? Are you asking yourself right now, “Lord, is it I?” that is wrong about the “word of God” that defends itself, the KJB, as this teacher is presenting. Ask GOD! Ask the “Spirit of truth”! Ask the “Father of glory”! Ask the “Spirit of Christ”! Ask the “Holy Ghost”! Ask the “Son of God”! Ask Them! “Lord, is it I?” The M.V.'s think as Peter thought, in saying to Jesus, He should not go to Jerusalem to die! But the KJB says to the M.V.'s, “Get thee behind me Satan”!

I understand the concern about some translations. But the (KJV) has a long history of concerns too. It’s difficult to Read because we don’t use Old english. This alone Creates a barrier for some reader’s. That leads to frustration and confusion. Many believer’s give up reading the Bible for themselves! This leaves an open door for Satan and he Uses it. Some Christian’s question their own salvation but some are led down that road, by others. I witnessed the following scenario, a few day ago. The leader of a Bible study, was a (KJV) Only believer. A fellow saint/ listener spoke up, said they had difficultly understanding the (KJV). The leader’s answer “well you might wanna examine if you are truly in the faith, because the King James Version is spiritual.” I’ve heard this lie and others like it, for decades. The (KJV) only Cause, is a tool used by the enemy. I believe in the Cause of Jesus Christ and His finished work on the Cross~
You are very wrong. I started on the KJ & I had no problem with the writings. Second is in the newer translations they REMOVE words & outright verses. In doing so you now changed the meaning of the verse. so I do see a problem with these so called newer additions. it is so easy to google the others compared to the KJ. In doing so you will see how satan attacks the word of God! Why is it man feels the need to (REVISE) the word of God yet not the Gettysburg's Address? why?
John 3:5-7 5 Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except a man be born of water and of the Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. 6 That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. 7 Marvel not that I said unto thee, Ye must be born again. In verse 5, "thee" is Jesus speaking directly to Nicodemus about Nicodemus. "Thee" is singular. In verse 7, you can tell that Jesus is speaking to Nicodemus, singular, at the first part of verse 7 and uses "Ye" in the second half of verse 7, plural, which tells us Jesus is speaking about more than just Nicodemus. The gospel of Jesus Christ is offered to everyone, not just Nicodemus. The modern versions replace "ye" with "you" which takes away from the meaning.
Why is it that only the KJV names Satan as Lucifer yet no other translation and no biblical manuscript does? The problem I find with KJV Only individuals is they follow tradition over truth and worship a translation rather than seek truth. People have their own convictions about things but it doesn’t mean that everyone should have your personal conviction. The KIV is no better than any other translation and the argument that it is isn’t new. Those who were reading the translation prior to the Authorized Translation were making the same arguments that KJV Only are making today. If the KJV is so good then why didn’t it come out before 1611? The KJV has its limits.
"Following tradition over truth? Worshipping a translation rather than seeking truth?" Go to 35:53 in the video > Pause it > And look at what it says on the projector screen. Notice how it says, "Names of Christ and Titles of Deity *Missing?* So seeing as the amount of the names of Christ and Titles of Diety Missing in the NASV and NIV are many when in comparison to the KJV, how is it then that you can say the KJV is no better than any other translation? ..That's like saying there's no difference between a bible version that uses the name of Jesus Christ 1000 times vs a bible version that uses His name 100 times. God doesnt omit what He intends us to hear. ("So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God" Romans 10:17) Therefore we stand in His Word where He's not omitted by man. ..And you're telling us to seek truth?
@@jth0mp You're being pedantic. Comparing the KJV with other English translations is comparing apples to apples. The KJV adds and changes many things from the original text. KJV uses the word Lucifer where the original Hebrew and Greek do not have that word. The KJV uses the word Easter in place of Passover. Easter wasn't celebrated in the first century church. In 1 Corinthians where Paul speaks about speaking in tongues, the KJV adds the word "unknown" in connection to tongues. The original Greek does not have that word. In Deuteronomy 32:8 the KJV changes the "sons of God" to "sons of Israel." That is just a few ways the KJV is not the best translation.
Dear Dr. Ralph Yankee Arnold You are speaking of the traditions and doctrines of man. This is part of the problem with the KJV. I suspect you would not allow the translators of the KJV to speak in your church before your congregation, because you probably would not agree with their Anglican beliefs. The KJV is primarily an Anglican, denominational translation, to be used i the Anglican churches. Do you believe in Anglicalism ? They did. Do you support infant baptism ? They did. Do you support Baptism by sprinkling ? They did. Do you believe the King is the head of the Church ? They did. Do you support the use of "variety of translations is profitable for finding out of the sense of the Scriptures ? They did. Do you believe "The Book of Common Prayer" is important to the Worship service ? They did. (An other beliefs) These are some of the traditions of the men that you place your faith in. You also place your faith in a man made translation of the Word of God. You say you are not proficient in the original languages the Scriptures were written in, yet you say the KJV is accurately translated. How do you know it is accurately translated ? Have you compared the King James translation with the Word of God ? If you would would compare the two, you would find that the KJV does not alway follow the Word of God, but you will tenaciously hold to your traditions of man's translation despite how much it varies from the Word of God. How is that an intellectually, honest approach to the Word of God and God's truth ? Careful what you say lest you mislead people ! Make sure of what you say, before you tell people the things you are saying. DZ

See him there at Calvary dressed out in full array
The penalty for sinners Gods justice on display
The slaughtered lamb now speaking, His soul is open wide
I'm smitten and forsaken, My God My God Oh Why!
A mocking crowd comes tempting, with wagging heads allied
A crown of thorns they gave him, set hard above his eye
Yet some in sore amazement, let out a desperate cry!
'Tis Jesus friend of sinners, My God My God Oh Why
Then the earth began to tremble and the sun now shut its eyes
Lest sin should reign eternal, the cursed of God must die
With troubled hearts we see him, but faithful we must be
This blessed act of mercy , t'was My God My God for me!
His sheep had all been scattered, alone and all undone
His Fathers heart now grieving, they'd soon have aid to come
His work was now accomplished, the trembling cup lay bare
Sins darkness now upon Him, as he hung in great despair
Before the day was finished, His parched lips would rehearse
The only words befitting, My God My God I Thirst
Through smitten, bruised, abandoned, faith eye would let him see
In three days he would be risen, with the keys of victory
At the dawning of the morning on the first day of the week
He left the grave behind him, now gone to tend his sheep
He spoke with his disciples, at a dinner by the sea
Three times he asked one question, Peter lovest me?
The Righteous King Eternal, t'was this man from Galilee
By faith, you can receive him and live life full and free
All nations now are groaning, while silent hearts just cry
A broken heart of sorrows, O' our God will not deny
Return thy tears of sorrow, to the One who died for thee
No! You have not been forsaken, just but look to Calvary

Absolutely Satan has raised up the KJV only cult, to cast doubt on God's word.
Choosing a Bible is not a preference. Either one, or none of them are the absolute truth. Different words teach different doctrines. You can't have 2 or more Bibles in any given language. God wrote only one Bible in any language that he has ever put his words in.
The BIBLE versions like the NKJV , AMP are not satanic.

Make sense? Hardly.
Excellent!!! Thank You!!!
0:39: If you are not an expert on Greek, Hebrew & Aramaic how can you be sure that that the KJV is all it should be?
On the KJV (from my country, Britian):
1) It is a known fact that the translators sometimes "bent" their translation in the direction that would satisfy King James.
Interestingly enough checking
reveals that the closest 4 bible translations to Nestle-Aland are all American (with NASB the top), the ESV 5th, NIV 10th and KJV, NKJV 19th & 20th respectively. That shows how much the KJV deviates from the Greek.
I would not use a KJV as a study Bible. 1st preference would be a Greek/English interlinear and Hebrew/Aramaic/English interlinear.

It wont happen. But in any case, we have had something like that.
I have read the Gospel according to Barnabas and the Gospel according to Thomas and they are both pretty strange. Gnostic.
Here is some sample Nag Hammadi:
"And as for him, he found them in himself, and they found him in themselves, that illimitable, inconceivable one, that perfect father who made all, in whom the realm of all is, and whom the realm of all lacks, since he retained in himself their perfection, which he had not given to all. What did they lack, if not the knowledge of the father?"
That is "The Gospel of Truth"
_...old makes it better right there is no need to find more of the Bible we have all we need I believe_
Old is better.

So they do. But I can examine their arguments, their data and decide for myself. And I have always done that. And it is not just 1 expert but many. I can read and verify what they say.
+Stephen Howe - You're making a mountain out of a mole hill. You don't need all those interlinear Lexicons.. The KJB has NEVER been changed but for mis-spellings, NOT Doctrines.. simple as that. The versions are a deception.

Brother obviously means it in a spiritual way. Discernment and study is the key.
1) They argue the need for a new translation in light of greater manuscript evidence;
2) They argue that the perfections of Scripture can never be appreciated unless it is understood, and it cannot be understood until it is translated into the modern language of the common people;
3) They argued that the old can always be improved upon - those who rejected the KJV because they liked the older versions better should realize that the efforts of previous English translators are to be commended, nevertheless, they themselves, if they were alive, would thank the translators of this new translation.
4) They state that In their work they felt it was essential to include marginal notes, despite the fact that some might feel such notes tend to undermine the authority of the Scriptures. These notes are essential since the translators confess that oftentimes they were unsure how a word or phrase should be translated.
Similarly:
1) Modern translators have access to thousands of manuscripts and fragments which KJV translators did not have available at the time it was published.
@@eddieboston8837 the last part of point 3 is right, and point 4 is definitely right. As for point 1 and 2, I'd like to see quotes to back them up. And I'm referring to the first set of points, not necessarily the second in this moment.
@@eddieboston8837 Amen!
@@eddieboston8837 To argue that the manuscript evidence available in the 1500s was the same as today... is just foolishness. Some examples - the Dead Sea Scrolls were discovered in 1947 - they are probably the single best manuscript source for the OT. P98 discovered in 1971, P52 discovered in 1934, P45, P46 and P47 discovered in 1930, Codex Alexandrinus discovered in 1657, Codex Sinaiticus discovered in 1844, Codex Vaticanus was discovered prior to the 1500s, but Erasmus had no access to it, etc etc etc. You obviously have zero knowledge on the subject, but have imbibed someone's propaganda. Do some research.
Context must be observed with the entire preface to the readers. I notice you along with your mentors Bart, James and Dan , seem to leave out the preface to King James himself by the translators. That’s a shame. It does sell a lot of new Bible translations made through the Gnostic Alexandria text.
-By the way, do you know you can’t find this following
statement in any modern versions:
“God was manifest in the flesh” (1 Tim. 3:16)
The modern versions say something else as for instance: “He who was manifested in the flesh.” He who? He who? Jesus is not-He who! Jesus is-“God... manifest in the flesh”! He is God; not a “He who.” God, God, God-manifest in the flesh!
Please take my One-Year Challenge! The King James Bible says:
“God was manifest in the flesh”
God-The Lord Jesus Christ: was manifest in the flesh!
Since the modern versions take God out and put “He Who” in, I want to make the largest statement about it, and if I should speak anywhere, my opening lines will be:
“God was manifest in the flesh”
My Creator/God/Saviour/Lord/King-Jesus Christ!”
Among MANY others!! Like 1 John 5:7... LOOK at what they did to 1 John 5:7-8 compared to the KJB!
@@TheMistysFavs Why does the KJV have this added uninspired verse? God has truly blessed us with more accurate modern translations.
At around 33:25 my copy of the nasv does not read as is represented by the speaker. What’s the deal anyone?
+olegig -----Throw out the "versions" and read the King James - which is written on a 6th grade level - Anyone can understand it. The versions average a 9th-10th grade level..so I don't want to hear, "I can't understand the KJB". That's made up baloney. The versions are a deception.
@@TheMistysFavs did you look up the verse in the nasb? As far as I can tell by referencing Bible Gateway the speaker misquoted the nasb. Why would he do that?
Now don't get me wrong, I'm very much KJB only, but there are plenty of mistakes and out right falsehoods in the modern versions to demonstrate their downfall without misquoting them.
Only those of us today in this dispensation of Grace are given the free gift of salvation made possible by the Faith of Christ. ( Gal 2:16)
All the users of other versions turn to go after the KJV in the same way all the worshippers of other gods all attack Jesus. These groups never go after each other, only the KJV 1611 & Jesus Christ.
God wrote His word to admonish the Christian! Ask Them!
“Lord, is it I?”
The M.V.'s think as Peter thought, in saying to Jesus,
He should not go to Jerusalem to die!
But the KJB says to the M.V.'s,
“Get thee behind me Satan”!
Fact is, no document can be perfectly translated from one language to another and than includes the holy scriptures. There is no inspired English version of the Bible! I use the KJV and recognize that it is not an inspired translation. It is a pretty good translation but like all translations contains translational errors. Therefore, we go to the Hebrew and Greek for more depth and detail. The King James Only movement leads to some very wrong Biblical Doctrine.

God is using and blessing the more accurate modern translations to bring many to Christ. To call them sataniic is blasphemy against the Holy Spirit. How can Satan cast out Satan? The NIV the translation that the KJV idolaters hate most is far stronger on the deity of Christ and the Holy Spirit than the KJV ever was.
The KJV calls the Holy Spirit an "it" four times denying his deity. Yet the KJV only hypocrites are silent about this. But that is the double standards and the wilful ignorance of the KJV only cult. What is satanic is the KJV only heresy.

😂 Jesus didn’t speak English. I reject this KJV only nonsense. As a speaker of another language, I understand the need for other translations of the Bible because there are so many ways to word something from another language. You can go literal or try your best to translate in such a way that users understand it, and the former is not always successful. Literal translations don’t always work
I know that the KJB is the only one that has convicted me of my Sin, I have read the NASB and the NIV neither has the same effect.
Well said Amen 🙏 And Amen 🙏

Worshipping a translation rather than seeking truth?"
Go to 35:53 in the video > Pause it > And look at what it says on the projector screen.
Notice how it says, "Names of Christ and Titles of Deity *Missing?*
So seeing as the amount of the names of Christ and Titles of Diety Missing in the NASV and NIV are many when in comparison to the KJV, how is it then that you can say the KJV is no better than any other translation? ..That's like saying there's no difference between a bible version that uses the name of Jesus Christ 1000 times vs a bible version that uses His name 100 times.
God doesnt omit what He intends us to hear. ("So then faith cometh by hearing and hearing by the Word of God" Romans 10:17) Therefore we stand in His Word where He's not omitted by man.
..And you're telling us to seek truth?
@@jth0mp AMEN!
@@jth0mp Actually the NASB and NIV are far stronger on the deity of Christ than the KJV.
In Deuteronomy 32:8 the KJV changes the "sons of God" to "sons of Israel."
That is just a few ways the KJV is not the best translation.
Dear Dr. Ralph Yankee Arnold
You are speaking of the traditions and doctrines of man.
They did.
Do you support the use of "variety of translations is profitable
for finding out of the sense of the Scriptures ? They did.
Do you believe "The Book of Common Prayer" is important to the Worship service ? They did.
(An other beliefs)
These are some of the traditions of the men that you place your faith in.
