I love this brother so tired of false teachers telling that if trust what Jesus did to pay your sins your not saved but Jesus said bring the little children unto me for such is the kingdom that if you don't have childlike faith you may not enter the kingdom of heaven this guy preaches the truth and I have been set free
JD Thompson, Would you please reply with a list of pastors who teach the Word of God correctly online, so I can have more good teaching to listen too? I would greatly appreciate it if you would. Thank you so much. I just learned about Pastor Ralph Arnold the other day through word of mouth, and I just now learned about Pastor Mike Maki from your comment.
@@barakoniner1644 Calvinism is a doctrine or more accurately a cohort of doctrines. Think of it as like Dispensationalism or Cessationism. Most Calvinists are Baptists, and Baptists usually split between Once Saved Always Saved (Provisionism) and Calvinism. Rarely seen an Arminiast Baptist. Its crazy to think the divisions have grown so elaborate that we have entire terminologies for it. Yet here we are.
Dr. Ralph you are blessing to those who seek the truth. Jesus saves us and keeps us saved. If I had anything to do with me keeping myself saved I would have lost salvation few seconds after I was saved :-). Thank God He told us nothing will snatch us from His hand. Here is my take on preaches who preach false doctrine. They are not saved that is why they preach false gospel. Unfortunately there is only a handful of preaches who preach GOSPEL like Ralph. blessings

Thank you Pastor Arnold, I appreciate all your sermons and labors in Christ. I'm always encouraged and reminded of the importance of preaching and contending for the simplicity of the gospel. May God continue to bless you, your family and the church. :)
Brother I can't wait to see you in heaven on that day when we pass away from this wicked World either by shedding this Mortal coil or being taken home in the rapture to all my brothers and sisters in Christ Jesus I can't wait to go home amen
Once someone believes I don't think it's possible to stop believing! I think they may stop trusting and go their own way but you can't stop believing!! Once we see the truth you can't deny it.
So simple! Love your sermons Pastor! I have learnt so much! I have been a Christian for 36 years, but have learnt more in the last two years from listening to your sermons, and Tom Cucuzzas, than I have listening to a Pastor in all my previous Churches here in the UK. Thank goodness for the internet, and for online Sermons. ❤🙏
Thank you pastor for preaching the pure " unadulterated " word of God. It is so difficult to find a clear gospel. The simple "good news" that Christ died for our sins, (all of them) and that he was buried, and that he arose again the 3rd day. I believed it, and that settles it!!!. Praise God I have everlasting life. Keep preaching it brother.
Beloved brother, grace & peace be with you. You are one of the best preachers the LORD has led me to. May He bless you and all those you hold dear! Truly thank you brother, for all that you do! Amen.
Jesus Christ made the promise in John 6:37 that He would never cast out anyone who had trusted Him as Savior for any reason. "All that the Father giveth me shall come to me, and him that cometh to me, I will in no wise cast out." He meant exactly that. There is no circumstance or instance that would cause Christ to cast a saved person aside.
I am thankful for this man bc God started me on a path of truth from religion raised to the truth told here. Religion always births questions and fear for me about my salvation everytime I failed but noone in religion had true answers.
Another great bible lesson by Dr. Arnold! Our eternal security rests in God's hands once we've placed all trust in His Son. 1 Thess 5:23-24 23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24 Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it.
How can one be unborn? Go ahead, try it. If you die, you still existed.... you can’t un-exist yourself. Just as you cannot be unborn of Christ, or unsaved. Once saved, ALWAYS SAVED.
My dad suffered from sleep apnea for years but would not use his bi-pap to sleep. It caused irreversible damage to his lungs. He collapsed in a restaurant and slipped into a coma. He was a Believer and was never without his bible. After two weeks he came out of the coma. His personality had changed and he would say things that were out of character that were racist and vulgar. He was a different man than he was before the coma. A few days later his lungs filled with fluid and he passed away. I KNOW he is with The Lord not because he was a good man right to the end, but because He received Christ as his Savior and was Saved in that moment. I am a Believer as well. In 2006 I was a Trucker and had an accident that left me with a very bad Traumatic Brain Injury. Since the injury I have had issues with PBA, BiPolar disorder and impulse control. For the longest time I blamed myself and feared I was no longer saved because of how I would behave sometimes. I now know better, but with a brain injury I know that tomorrow I may forget. But GOD wont forget me.

If we are fallable doesn't it make a whole lot more sense that an infallible God could keep us? And if he is infallible what would that mean for the salvation he gives us, what does infallible mean? Incapable of mistake or failure. He cannot fail us!
Just learned about calvinist.grew up babpist and came across macarthur and liked him til i learned about this tulip,as said i stick to the true gospel.amen
YEP! It's an elitist doctrine. I've never met a Calvinist who also wasn't arrogant and elitist. THEY know more than you. YOU don't understand, THEY do. THEY study more. THEY are more holy. THEY are chosen, not you. They end up worshiping their own intellect and the church fathers. It's VERY Catholic in vibe. I've never once read the Bible and saw the words "Calvin" or "TULIP." NOT ONCE. You have to confound the Bible and pick scriptures here and there to build a MAN MADE narrative. They literally replace entire words, like "ALL," with "elect." It's evil and I don't know how some Christians are ok with it. Notice how they always use Latin too, like it's some holy form of language. CATHOLICISM.
Amen Brother. John 3:18 First John 5:13 and Second Timothy 2:13. He will never leave us or forsake us. Hebrews 13:5 He may chasten us around the block as a good Father, but never condemn us. The Lord does chasten every son. But just because He loves us so much. He wants us to have some rewards in heaven given to those who do His will on earth. First Corinthians 3:11-21. Even our faith will be rewarded in heaven. But if we lose our faith, we are still saved. What a savior we have. Romans 4:5-8. AMAZING GRACE, JESUS PAID IT ALL AND WE PAID 0. IT IS FREE, or not at all because no sinner can pay his own debt.
Yes sir. That is, indeed, the brass tax of it all. I had no idea, until I got on social media, just how many Christians think they have completely stopped sinning! It's baffling to me. You want to say to them, "Jesus, is that you???" I've started singing to them, "holy, holy, holy..... YOU are almighty!" lol! They get so mad, but it's needed to humble them. I want to please my earthly father too, but he never stops loving me or caring for me when I go astray. God bless you.

I've listened to this sermon at least 3 times to help me. Over the past week or so, I've come across passages that have frightened me. Can anyone explain what these mean, if it doesn't mean we must keep believing? Colossians 1:21-23 21And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled 22In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight: 23If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister; When we believe, I thought we were seen as unblameable? What does this passage mean? 2 Timothy 2:10 10Therefore I endure all things for the elect's sakes, that they may also obtain the salvation which is in Christ Jesus with eternal glory. If they are elect, does that not mean they are believers? This verse sounds like salvation is a process. This next one, I know he touched on briefly in the sermon but I saw someone comment on another video I watched with two passages they say parallel this one. I'll list them, too. 2 Timothy 2:11-14 11It is a faithful saying: For if we be dead with him, we shall also live with him: 12If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us: 13If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself. 14Of these things put them in remembrance, charging them before the LORD that they strive not about words to no profit, but to the subverting of the hearers. People are saying the passage in 2 Timothy a.) means we will be denied reigning with Christ. But I know that isnt what it's saying because all believers will be with Christ forever and those believers who are raptured will return with Him when He comes back to earth. b.) They said it parallels: Matthew 10:32-33 32Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. 33But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven. Revelation 3:5 5He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. We know that those who overcome are those who believe because: 1 John 5:4-5 4For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith. 5Who is he that overcometh the world, but he that believeth that Jesus is the Son of God? So, it sounds like if we ever get to a time in our lives where we deny Christ and walk away from the faith, that He will deny knowing us and that He wont confess our names before His Father and His angels. I'm having a difficult time understanding how these arent related to one another. If Jesus hadnt prayed for Peter's faith not to fail, would Peter's denying of Christ before men resulted in Jesus denying Peter or not confessing his name before His Father and His angels? Hebrews 3:6 6But Christ as a son over his own house; whose house are we, if we hold fast the confidence and the rejoicing of the hope firm unto the end. Hebrews 3:14 14For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end; I thought the moment we believe, we were made partakers? This sounds like we arent made partakers or part of Christ's house unless we keep believing. 2 Timothy 2:17-19 17And their word will eat as doth a canker: of whom is Hymenaeus and Philetus; 18Who concerning the truth have erred, saying that the resurrection is past already; and overthrow the faith of some. 19Nevertheless the foundation of God standeth sure, having this seal, The LORD knoweth them that are his. And, let every one that nameth the name of Christ depart from iniquity. Is this saying that Hymenaeus and Philetus, and those they overthrew their faith were not the Lord's? Because they didnt continue believing? 1 John 2:18-19 18Little children, it is the last time: and as ye have heard that antichrist shall come, even now are there many antichrists; whereby we know that it is the last time. 19They went out from us, but they were not of us; for if they had been of us, they would no doubt have continued with us: but they went out, that they might be made manifest that they were not all of us. Is this saying if they truly believed they would have continued with them? My last one is about the parable of the soils. I've seen where people say the only saved one was the 4th one. That the stony one was already hard and it took no root, which meant they didnt have saving faith. And that the third soil didnt take root and was choked out so they didnt have saving faith. I know this is a lot. I'm just a bit concerned and cant understand these passages. If faith is the vehicle which Christ gives eternal life and it is not a work, if we cut off faith, how does He give us eternal life?
I guess my thoughts are, faith is not a work, its a rest. The natural attribute of the new creature in Christ. I think of the scripture in 1st peter which states that were "kept by the power of God through faith".
Keep believing does not mean keep working, we have a precious faith, we are saved by faith in Jesus Christ, without works, we can rest in His finished work. 2 Peter 1:1 Simon Peter, a servant and an apostle of Jesus Christ, to them that have obtained like precious faith with us through the righteousness of God and our Saviour Jesus Christ: Hebrew 10:38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.
Second Timothy 2:13 If we believe not, He abideth faithful, He can not deny Himself. Ephesians 1:13-14.But if we keep the faith we will be rewarded in heaven for keeping the faith. Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death, and we all sin and we all die, but the GIFT of God is eternal life, through Jesus Christ our Lord. If salvation, eternal life, was not a free gift, no one could be saved. Matthew 7:21-23 Those that are trusting in their works have not done the will of His Father. John 6:40 And this is the will of Him who sent me, that ALL that seeth the Son, and believeth on Him, may have everlasting life, and I will raise him up on the last day. God can not lie. Not Faith in faith, or faith in what we do or do not do, or faith in baptism, or faith in anything else but His blood sacrifice for all sin forever. John 3:18
Read 5:11-13. Also read 3:9-10 which is talking about the spirit of the saved man and the spirit of the lost man. The spirit of the one born of God can only do good. The spirit of the one who is of the devil can only do evil
Get a KJV bible and read the gospel of John daily, allowing the Holy Spirit to guide you into truth. When you stop doubting as much, go forward into the New Testament (Acts-Revelation). 1 John 2:27
The bible is clear that if you do not believe then you do not have eternal life. 2 Timothy 2:13 is the only verse that seems to contradict. Even that verse explains it’s context in the previous verse “if you deny Christ, he will deny you”. Salvation is by grace through faith. No faith, no salvation, no grace, no salvation.
What MUST I do to be Saved --- believe the Gospel ---- What should I do --- is a complex issue, but you can't lose you salvation by being lazy !. You do lose rewards though. Please read in context --- > 1Cor' 3:15 If any man's work shall be burned, he shall suffer loss: but he himself shall be saved; yet so as by fire. *OSAS is TRUE weather reprobates like it or not* .
I've noticed this in scripture as well doncooper512. Do you have any links to studies on this? I'd like to look into it further but not sure where to start.
Why do so many Christians believe you have to keep the faith & live a certain way! It’s so frustrating & isolating to believe the true gospel amongst those that don’t. 😢
A Bridge Too Far... I LOVE your faithful teaching on the simplicity saving faith. Clearly communicating the simplicity of the gospel is highest calling. You serve it (Him) well! Lordship salvation as taught by men like John MacArthur is a wrecking ball to assurance. Years ago I read "The Gospel According to Jesus" and had to throw it away half way through because of the spiritual oppression and doubt it created. Fortunately it caused me to search the scriptures to determine the truth. My salvation depended upon knowing the truth. Did I merely have a "head faith" and was a counterfeit or was I really saved by faith alone regardless my behavior. Your teaching on the subject echoes my conclusion. God bless you brother! But...are you saying that a person can actually die in a state of UNBELIEF and still be saved? I view saving faith as the byproduct of revelation and something that cannot become "unseen" once it has been revealed. Is there an example of someone in scripture who believed and then rejected the gospel message and was still saved? Since faith is not a work, to say one must believe continually is not on par with saying one must behave continually to be saved. I liken it to knowing my name. There will never be a time when I dont know my name. You gave the example of sleeping and disease whereby one may stop believing. I'm not satisfied with the analogy. Unconsciousness/incapacitation is not synonymous with conscious rejection of gospel truth once professed. As a teen, Carl Marx wrote an outstanding essay on Chritianity.
@@alexmauldin8193 I agree. I also think the scriptures are clear, one must believe to be saved. No unbeliever has eternal life. Shipwrecked faith and unbelief are not the same thing.
@@doitlikethebereans1690 Actually that verse is taken out of context. The first half of the verse follows up with “he cannot deny himself”. There is a colon that directly links the “believe not” with Christ not denying himself. What did Peter do three times? He denied Jesus three times, but Christ could not deny himself. Peter was still saved afterwards, he still believed, he couldn’t stop believing because you can’t lose salvation. 2 Timothy 2:13 is about doubt and denying the Lord. This is a grave sin, but as Paul reminds Timothy, Christ “abideth faithful”. The verse is about being faithful to the Lord. We should exhort one another to always remain faithful to the ministry and serving God. Thomas doubted when Christ resurrected and John the Baptist awfully stated, “should we look for another?” when he doubted Jesus was the Christ. Did John become an unbeliever? No, he was saved and made straightway the path for the Lord’s arrival. He believed on Jesus Christ. Matthew 11:2-4 “Now when John had heard in the prison the works of Christ, he sent two of his disciples, And said unto him, Art thou he that should come, or do we look for another? Jesus answered and said unto them, Go and shew John again those things which ye do hear and see:”
That verse is talking about perserverance and maturity of our faith. This about obtaining our heavenly reward. Read ch. 10:35. Salvation is however a gift.
Some people will say people will continue to sins if they think once saved all saved. To them, I will say that doesn't affect that it's once saved all saved. And they will say what is saved, some people think they are saved but they are not. To them I say that's is them, then they are not saved. Simple

@@peregrino9154 :So been comfortable when engaging in a sinful act is a sign that he is not saved?. I thought that after been saved by grace you WILL remain saved regardless of how you feel (works) about sin!. If salvation is based on how you feel (comfort is a state of mind, feeling is a work) then is by works . Anything that is required from you do to be SAVED is works, if you are required to feel uncomfortable when sinning or after sinning as a sign that you are TRULY saved then it is by works buddy!!!. So lets say I am eternally saved by grace and today I feel uncomfortable about engaging in X or Y type of sin but tomorrow I engage in it and feel comfortable doing it and without any remorse, WAS I SAVED yesterday but NOT today based on how I feel about that sin based on comfort and complacency?. You are contradicting your self because if salvation is by grace (free gift of God and NOT based on how you feel ) it is NOT by works!. If feeling happy, comfortable, joyful, complacent, sad, sorry and all other human feeling/emotions is how you can tell if someone is really saved then salvation is determined by what type if feeling you have and the type of spiritual fruits you are producing!. You can not have it both ways, Grace + Works!.

That's basically the same thing as having to keep believing. I would answer that you didn't have to do works to become saved - only change your mind about your spiritual state, recognize who Jesus is, and put your trust in His finished work. So you don't have to do works to keep your salvation.

Amen! John 6:47 First John 5:13 Second Timothy 2:13 If we believe not, (after we have once believed)He abideth faithful, He can not deny himself. Ephesians 1:13. If we have eternal life now, then why would we be persevering to get something we already have? Eternal life. If I give you a new car, why would you still be wanting a new car because I already gave you one. And Since we can do nothing to attain eternal life, and it s a free gift, Romans 3:26-28 that we have nothing to boast in, then it is impossible to lose it. Once we believe of our own free will it is irrevocable. Romans 11:29. For the gifts (eternal life) and the calling of God are without repentance. Can not be changed back. John 3:18 I can no longer be condemned. Chastened as children but He will never leave us or forsake us. He will never cast us out. Hebrews 13:5 and John 6:37. Romans 4:5-8 Romans 11:6 AMAZING GRACE, JESUS PAID IT ALL AND WE PAID 0. IT IS FREE.
Oh my. I just can not leave well enough alone. Matthew 7:21 If we have done His will, John 6:40 and John 6:29 apart from works we know we have eternal life. If we could do one thing that would save us, then Jesus died in vain. Our works can not save us, Only His finished work on the cross plus nothing. Jesus paid it all. God can not lie. John 6:47
Good question: These two verses found in II Tim 4 shows that Paul keeping the faith and finishing his race was not to be saved, but to receive the CROWN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS. This is a reward. Salvation is always a gift. Keep them separate. God bless. Yankee 2Ti 4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: 2Ti 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
What about work out your salvation with fear and trembling? Please I am trying so hard to understand this teaching. It just doesn't make sense to me. Can someone please help.
First of all believing is more than intellectual.. Godly sorrow leads to repentance.. Yes we're going to sin and if we confess our sin He is faithful and just to forgive us of all unrighteousness. To believe is to obey and confession and repentance will be continuous in a child of God's life. Sanctification is what it's called.. Half truths is a lie
Randall Rader read the verse right before it as well: “If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.” 1 John 1:8-9 KJV It means confess that you have sins and are not sinless. Jesus paid the debt for all of our sins when He died on the cross 🕊
What about verses that talk about keeping the faith like Paul who said: If you KEEP in memory what I preched unto you unless you believed in VAIN. Thank you I am just overthinking stuff and I want to know. Also what about if someone says: Ok you told me to believe so I believe now I can do anything I want. We come in these type of errors that make me feel weird. Thank for someone if he/she explains. Also can someone become atheist and still be saved?
People don't lose their salvation because of sinning or because of not doing works. But people can abandon their salvation when they stop having faith in Jesus, apostatizing, meaning renouncing the faith they once had. Hebrews 6:4-8, "4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost, 5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come, 6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame. 7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God: 8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned." Needless to say, an atheist cannot be saved.
@@VictorFelipe82 if they were saved and then renounced it, they are still saved. They were born again into eternal life and can not be reborn again. Paul meant that you can not be saved a second time because it was done the first time. Meaning impossible to be born again for the second time.
Keep the faith is like keeping positive, if you lose that then you get depressed and become ineffective. Yes you can sin as much as you like, salvation is not a license to sin but salvation does not depend on being good or bad. Sin is our choice, but those who believe and are saved who still live in sin will be chastised by God but not lose salvation.
@@KeithGreenshields Thanks, Keith, for your reply. Perhaps I wrote too much you didn't get to read everything. Never once did I mention losing salvation for sinning. On the other hand, about keeping faith, I was not referring to stopping having faith as in becoming pessimistic, as you seem to suggest. I was referring to salvific faith, the one that a believer has in Christ as his Savior until the end of his days. God bless.
Thats not true. Hebrews 10:22-35 is a warning to Jewish believers to not fall away from the faith. Christians have doubts all the time which is unbelief. There are many exhortations to continue in the faith. They would be absurd if Christians are guranteed to continue in the faith. This however does not mean Christians can lose their salvation.

These sermons give me such peace. So glad that just because I don't "act right" 100% of the time, my salvation is not staked on that.

I've listened to this sermon at least 3 times to help me. Over the past week or so, I've come across passages that have frightened me. Can anyone explain what these mean, if it doesn't mean we must keep believing?
Colossians 1:21-23 21And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled 22In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight: 23If ye continue in the faith grounded and settled, and be not moved away from the hope of the gospel, which ye have heard, and which was preached to every creature which is under heaven; whereof I Paul am made a minister;
When we believe, I thought we were seen as unblameable?
But I know that isnt what it's saying because all believers will be with Christ forever and those believers who are raptured will return with Him when He comes back to earth.
b.) They said it parallels:
Matthew 10:32-33 32Whosoever therefore shall confess me before men, him will I confess also before my Father which is in heaven. 33But whosoever shall deny me before men, him will I also deny before my Father which is in heaven.
Revelation 3:5 5He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.
We know that those who overcome are those who believe because:
1 John 5:4-5 4For whatsoever is born of God overcometh the world: and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith.
Hebrews 3:14 14For we are made partakers of Christ, if we hold the beginning of our confidence stedfast unto the end;
I thought the moment we believe, we were made partakers?
@@cathi7610 Thank you! I appreciate it!
Watch all of Yankees videos, he covers them all.
I guess my thoughts are, faith is not a work, its a rest. The natural attribute of the new creature in Christ. I think of the scripture in 1st peter which states that were "kept by the power of God through faith".
Yes we do have a lot of fruit inspectors
John 3:18

I have Christians quote 1 John 5:18, saying that we must keep ourselves after salvation.
Read 5:11-13. Also read 3:9-10 which is talking about the spirit of the saved man and the spirit of the lost man. The spirit of the one born of God can only do good. The spirit of the one who is of the devil can only do evil

Amen!
.."Should" is the past tense of 'Shall'.. The word "Should" is used by God as an 'past established decree'..
Actually iirc grammatically past tense must be used there so 'should' really just means 'shall'.
People that have a problem with OSAS have a problem with God.
I've noticed this in scripture as well doncooper512. Do you have any links to studies on this? I'd like to look into it further but not sure where to start.
@@JesusPaidItAll yeah like it's the Gospel people don't Belive the report God gave of His Son
No matter what, it is impossible to lose your salvation.
@@alexmauldin8193 I agree. I also think the scriptures are clear, one must believe to be saved. No unbeliever has eternal life. Shipwrecked faith and unbelief are not the same thing.
2 Timothy 2:13 13If we believe not, yet he abideth faithful: he cannot deny himself.
I love this sermon but can someone explain looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our Faith .. we live looking to Jesus (believing ) dont we ?
That verse is talking about perserverance and maturity of our faith. This about obtaining our heavenly reward. Read ch. 10:35. Salvation is however a gift.
Some people will say people will continue to sins if they think once saved all saved. To them, I will say that doesn't affect that it's once saved all saved. And they will say what is saved, some people think they are saved but they are not. To them I say that's is them, then they are not saved. Simple
It's got to be here somewhere
I hope your right
I have a friend who is gay and told me that he wants to believe the Gospel of salvation and be save by Grace through Faith but he can not STOP been gay and living a gay way of life with his lover.I am going to send him to Pastor Ralph Yankee's church and tell him that there he can be save by just believing in Jesus Christ and if he chooses to continue his gay way of life until he die he could STILL remain save.
Is a win win situation for him, is like a cure for gluttony were you STILL can eat all you want, indulge in high fat food and sweets and STILL be able to NOT gain a single pound and remain trim and fit because you took a special pill.
He is going to love this GOOD news , that to be save one only needs to believe in Jesus Christ and after been save if one choose to NOT stop sinning one can REMAIN save for all eternity. Wow, that sound really like the gospel which is GOOD NEWS .
@@ipaporod No, he will not lose his salvation period!

In Sweden where I live, people are now saying faith isn't just believing or trusting, but also to be faithful. Does someone have a comment on that?
That's basically the same thing as having to keep believing. I would answer that you didn't have to do works to become saved - only change your mind about your spiritual state, recognize who Jesus is, and put your trust in His finished work. So you don't have to do works to keep your salvation.

You seem to have come out of it. I listen to sincitypreacher and Renee Roland and a few others on Sunday night. Church of the eternally secure, your much welcome!
Jesus told his disciples to pray the Lord's Prayer I don't know about anybody else that's the prayer that I pray
How can we describe In the word where it says continue in the Faith ?
Because most will depart from the faith.
I know your not a fan of original greek. It proves your point, because original greek does not have "should" at all in john 3:15. I use bible hub when I study.
The promises of God for eternal life are many. Our rewards in heaven are based on our works after we have received the free gift. No one can earn heaven. We have to be perfect and no one is. Romans 4:5-8 Romans 11:6 AMAZING GRACE, JESUS PAID IT ALL AND WE PAID 0. IT IS FREE.
My sweet wife and I are celebrating our 61st wedding anniversary today. I am so blessed.
John 6:47
👍
I still think the Garden of Eden is somewhere cuz it's probably under the ocean somewhere
Why did Paul say I have kept the faith what did he mean
Good question: These two verses found in II Tim 4 shows that Paul keeping the faith and finishing his race was not to be saved, but to receive the CROWN OF RIGHTEOUSNESS. This is a reward. Salvation is always a gift. Keep them separate. God bless. Yankee
2Ti 4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:
2Ti 4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.
@@YankeeArnoldMinistries amen but was it nessasary to keep the faith
am I wrong in saying the Lords righteousness and obedience is enough for me I believe so but then I read scripture like romans 2:7
@@YankeeArnoldMinistries thank you
What about work out your salvation with fear and trembling? Please I am trying so hard to understand this teaching. It just doesn't make sense to me. Can someone please help.
it says work out your salvation it's already calling salvation yours. it don't say work for your salvation
What he said. It's like working out/exercise. You don't work for your body but you workout your body you already have ❤❤❤
It's been a long time since my question. I understand now. God bless you both
First of all believing is more than intellectual.. Godly sorrow leads to repentance.. Yes we're going to sin and if we confess our sin He is faithful and just to forgive us of all unrighteousness. To believe is to obey and confession and repentance will be continuous in a child of God's life. Sanctification is what it's called.. Half truths is a lie
please read titus 3:5, please read john 3:28. please read John 6:28-29
Randall Rader read the verse right before it as well:
“If we say that we have no sin, we deceive ourselves, and the truth is not in us. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.”
1 John 1:8-9 KJV
It means confess that you have sins and are not sinless. Jesus paid the debt for all of our sins when He died on the cross 🕊
Better word would be will not should .
What about verses that talk about keeping the faith like Paul who said:
If you KEEP in memory what I preched unto you unless you believed in VAIN.
Thank you I am just overthinking stuff and I want to know.
Also what about if someone says:
Ok you told me to believe so I believe now I can do anything I want.
Hebrews 6:4-8, "4 For it is impossible for those who were once enlightened, and have tasted of the heavenly gift, and were made partakers of the Holy Ghost,
5 And have tasted the good word of God, and the powers of the world to come,
6 If they shall fall away, to renew them again unto repentance; seeing they crucify to themselves the Son of God afresh, and put him to an open shame.
7 For the earth which drinketh in the rain that cometh oft upon it, and bringeth forth herbs meet for them by whom it is dressed, receiveth blessing from God:
8 But that which beareth thorns and briers is rejected, and is nigh unto cursing; whose end is to be burned." Needless to say, an atheist cannot be saved.
God bless.
@@VictorFelipe82 I did read it all, I must of misunderstood. God bless and I hope you are doing well.
Answer is no your salvation is based on christs death if you onced believed you cannot stop believeing
