Your sleep meditation videos help me so much with my insomnia and slowing down my mind and relaxing my body to allow for a good night's sleep. The body scan videos and videos to help relax your muscles are the most helpful of all. Thank you Lauren for yet another great and thoughtful video and to those like me who are also settling down to sleep now, goodnight and sleep well ❤
Thanks to your videos I have re learned the skill of taking a nap on my 10 minute break at work and actually falling asleep, Additionally being able to fall asleep anywhere from anywhere from sitting in the corner on a concrete floor to napping on a pile of boards, This makes all the difference in the world on a 12 hour shift.
Please do a meditation for depression based extreme anxiety Lauren? I can't express the terror of morning panic and depression. Thank you. The evenings I can meditate comfortably when the panic has eased off a bit. I need something that can keep me feeling ok when I feel I am about to die or go mad.

Ding Dong Darling!! You have done it again,simply amazing my friend. I have been a little stressed out. My daughter is moving out and I can’t afford to live on my own. Thank you Hen for again giving me a few hours of relief from my bodies pain. I have muscular dystrophy along with rheumatoid arthritis and major depression anxiety issues. Oh not to forget insomnia. So I am in pain most of the time and depression,stress, and anxiety makes things worse. My family doesn’t understand why I can’t move my body and keep a job. I have always been a person who has over come challenging times,but I find that the day in day out of negative feelings towards me is very hard to take.
Thank you Lauren so much, I hope you know how much of an amazing person you are. I’ve had possibly the worst Christmas ever 😭 and without listening to your meditation I really don’t know where I’d be. Happy New Year when it comes and as we say in Scotland “Lang may yer lumb reek!” X💖
