The creator of aim lab put a post out saying that its not an aim trainer and that people are layee to play it, id you want a free aim trainer I recommend 3daimtrainer.com or aiming.pro
I usually practice my aim in counter strike like this and tbh it really helps me a lot to make my eyes movement faster and faster just to see the enemy (especially the head). One tip that I do when doing this practice is try to make your grip feels loose as possible and don't tense up your grip + try not focus too much on your crosshair. Instead, practice your eyes to just see your enemy neck. Good luck
looked for a video like this and found the perfect one, right on time too helped me lots now i get constant 0:54 - 0:56 finishes on 100 kills aimbots challenge
Was aiming like this unconsciously when I started losing 1v1's in games ... I could feel my fingers tense up a little, and my aim became that much better, 180° flicks to reposition my aim for other opponents was also a lot more accurate after this. And yes, "dead handing" is absolutely how you can describe the feeling before you "enter this state" of slight tensing of the fingers ... you feel a lot more on edge and "in the game". I'd also feel my focus (& face) narrow into what I'm doing on screen. Only issue is it's very hard to keep this up for extended periods of time (I only manage to keep it for a minute or two). I guess you can call it "gaming / aiming with real intent". Nice to see it's actually a thing and not just my imagination, good to see others can "feel" it too. But it also feels completely different than a "flow state".
I feel like if it's practiced enough you will automatically do it once you enter flow state in game, the thing about flow state in matches of CSGO or Valorant is that, in comparison to Aim Botz or Aim Lab or Kovaaks, it is much much slower. Remember, you think about what you are doing when you practice or watch a demo, but you let yourself go into flow state when you actually do the thing you were trying to get better at before. You should in theory unconsciously or subconsciously do things if you practice them, which is why this practice method is good, because you ARE thinking as opposed to letting yourself be sloppy. Also the first game after a new practice regiment or idea that you've implemented is always a bit rough, even against players that you usually dominate because you are much better, at least in my experience. It's like you have to get worse first before you get better, then you start getting into the feel of the game itself and all your practice comes together over time.
my problem is that i have shaky hands at some point, with pistol rounds i cant get my hands/arm still so always misses those easy sneaky shots because i cant keep my hands still.
Probably putting too much pressure on the mouse with your grip. Relax your muscles and stretch them before playing. Make sure you're warm and don't put too much pressure on your mouse if you notice shaking. Also nerves maybe?
i use high sens since ages and if there is one little tip i can give , it's this.. practice crosshair adjustment , it's a killer... for example in pistol rounds like you say , don't try to track the head , flick at it , it's hard to explain i need to show you this irl but if you look at how simple plays for example , you'll see that he never track his targets , he just put his crosshair a little close to his target then adjust at the head ( not necessarily at his head but at the target his aiming at ) .. you often see him look at at the ground or at a box but when the enemy appears his crosshair is instantly at him..it's hard and takes practice tho but once you master it you become much better
What if the head is super close to you...when u flick your crosshair to the closest head ,then u see that the crosshair is far far smaller than the head...so where exactly i have to put my crosshair to??in the nose, eyes? Plz reply...
TenZ is a savage aimer , I can only dream to be half as good as him. I mean I train hard everyday but I get very very slow progression . It’s like it would take a decade to get a good aim and that makes me tilt. Is there a way to speed up progression ? (I usually use aim labs or deathmatch/practice range on Valorant)
consistency. you have to trust yourself and trust the process. I went from being a plat in Valorant beta after having little previous FPS experience to being a Immortal 3 in Act 2. There were times when I felt like it was all pointless but I trusted that what I was doing was the right thing and just sucked up the frustration on my bad days (because there were a lot of those) Also remember that it takes a lot of time. Pros like tenz have thousands on thousands of hours on JUST csgo, that's not including all their previous FPS experience. Wish you the best and hope you get the results you're looking for

Why is the 3rd step of wiggling the mouse around good? I feel like that would reinforce bad habits because you aren't trying to aim on the target after the crosshair is a bit off
it helps with micromovement control, the more you make micro-movements the more you'll get used to adjusting on target, it's all about getting used to your sensitivty
Just a question id be glad if you ( or anyone that has knowledge ) could answer: when you talk about wiggling the mouse with your fingers, how do you think someone that has a pretty stiff grip and cant move his fingers as much as a fingertip girp user should approach this part of the exercise ?
Hey Rambo big fan since the 1.6 days, kind of an off topic question but could you recommend a mousepad for a low sens player that isn't the qck heavy (been using qck heavy for the last 10+ years and want to try something new lately) Been looking at the Zowie G-SR / GTF-X and HyperX Fury S Speed but im nervous about ordering one and not liking it.
I've tried all three and their all great! The Fury S and G-SR will be a softer and smoother glide, the GTF-X is textured and has a little more friction, but not much
