Kris mate not being funny but i paid £100 for the lifetime subscription just for the platform to have like 3 boring documentaries on it. Are you kidding me Kris where are all the sport events you promised us?
I did the same and don't even have access to it. (I am not a robot or a heater Kris, just pointing out the facts.) Emailed him multiple times about this but don't get any response. I get it that the platform isn't priority right now, but shows the unprofesionalism.
7:52 keeping salt low is really bad advice. Not only that creates an electrolyte imbalance that will screw you up later in life and deteriorate your body quicker, but also salt doesn't retain liquid, it actually helps you get rid of it. The reason why you get a puffy face when you eat salt is because in order to get rid of that liquid it has to be taken out of the cells first, it's the same reason why you get high blood preassure in the short term. But none of that would happen If you consume a good ammount of salt daily since you'll be constantly getting rid of exces liquid. The reason why people get puffy it's because they don't consume enough salt to balance with the water. Think about it, every single drop of liquid in nature has some level of sodium in it, there's a reason for that

Ten years ago, when I was a socially inept 19-year-old virgin who had never been kissed, poor self-esteem, I constantly compared myself to other guys, especially the Top Man pretty boys with their ice gem haircuts who seemed to attract all the girls. I thought I had finished puberty by 19, but I've only recently realized that my face and body continued to develop well into my 20s. It wasn’t until my mid 20s I changed my mindset, worked so hard of my physique, improved my social skills which later resulted losing my virginity, getting females coming up to complimenting me, and above all getting respect from my peers without even trying so hard. As a late bloomer things didn’t get better for me until my 20s but better late than never I guess.
