I personally watched The Walking Dead until the end for two reasons: First one is that I started watching it when it first came out, and the show is like 11 years old now so it was starting to feel nostalgic before it even finished. And the second reason is that it's one of the more realistic zombie shows when you compare it to blockbuster Hollywood movies like World War Z where zombies literally form massive waves and take down skyscrapers with their combined force of friendship. I'm a big fan of apocalyptic shows and had began reading the comics so it was fun for me to see how they would recreate the comic events in a live-action show. It was definitely not great through its 11 years of runtime and they had their massive fuckups but it was good enough for me to watch it. And fortunately they are doing a few spinoffs to fix some of their fuckups and I am waiting to see those because I need to see justice done for the ways they ruined the show with some bad decisions.

The reason the zombies keep coming back is everyone is already infected so when they die they turn so these new communities get take over again and again. Weird how they don't lock people in their houses better inside the communities. Best zombie movies ever Dawn of the Dead and 28 days later.
In season 3 or 4 when Carl is finally old enough to have his own knife there’s actually a whole scene dedicated to the fact that it’s not as easy as it looks to stab them in the head like that they talk about having to push through the skull lol
Man I have probably seen over a hundred zombie movies and tv shows and have thought about what I would do during an apocalypse. But Theo Von is the only person that has ever put the image of two zombies fucking in my head 😂
TBH, the arrow going through the skull, even if it doesn't have some fancy broadhead, is not dumb at all. There is a lot of power in these arrows. I remember making myself a target, because store-bought ones are expensive, out of two hay bales (the small square ones) tied together with rope and I just leaned them onto a wooden pallet and put a paper target on them. I was hoping the hay would gently stop the arrows I was firing, which had those small pointed tips that Joe is talking about, in order not to damage my arrows when hitting something solid. I fired an arrow at the target and the tip went through the hay bale, hit one of the ~2cm boards on the pallet, went straight through the board and was sticking out about 10cm out of the other side of the board. I'm fairly certain a skull is harder than a wooden board, but it's certainly not as thick as the board I shot and it certainly seems to me based on this experience that the arrow probably would have enough power to penetrate the skull. Edit: forgot to add I have a 35lb recurve bow, so if you were firing a much stronger compound bow there would be even more power behind that arrow.
As a Walking Dead fan.... 1. One would assume that maybe because they're decomposing at a rapid rate considering the heat of the south that they're skulls are easier to penetrate. 2. It's quite possible that those arrow heads are the only ones they were able to acquire. I'm only responding to this and dropping my 2 cents because I just hit the pax.
Joe saying that 28 Days later is the best zombie movie ever just makes me happy. Because it's also my favorite zombie movie. It makes a lot of sense to though because those are the only kind of zombies that would realistically take over the world.
Anyone who says 1-3 are the only good ones are delusional. 4 is the best season, 5 is good, 6 is good, 9 is good, 10 is alright but inconsistent, and 11 is alright
Theo reminds me of Karl Pilkington at times. He has some funny ideas but at the same time they kind of make sense in some weird way if you think about them. But was probably unintentional. So for example the joke about zombies F'ing. The thing with zombies is that they basically run on primal instinct to feed. So wouldn't procreation also be one of the most powerful primal instincts too? So if you go with the whole idea behind a zombie then you would have to concede that this would perhaps be a thing too. 🤣

Walking dead zombies should have started dying off in a matter of days. But they get to ignore biology, so instead they somehow last for years. According the CDC episodes, they're basically just feral humans with no higher brain function and a tendency towards cannibalism.

The twist on TWD is EVERYBODY that dies becomes a zombie, no matter what. Everybody is ALREADY INFECTED and will come back NO MATTER how they die. Thats what makes the apocalypse damning
One of the funniest things I’ve ever seen was an outtake of Gary Oldman fully dressed as old Dracula getting mad at the director stomping out of the room with a production assistant carrying the train to his robe! 😂
The epidemic isn’t just starting from slow walking corpses biting people, i think the comics was night of the living dead inspired and had to do with a meteor or it was a disease that was problematic but not raising the dead and then after some time passed it started bringing corpses back. Plus it brings back ALL dead if I remember right so it doesn’t matter if you’re bitten or shot because everyone is infected and will turn when they die.

Well yeah, the knives go through. They're decomposed..
It's still bone
@@JakeM25 you do know that when a body decomposes the bones are still left behind?
@@Jc7years and alot of those zombies are semi recently turned. Only some were decomposed to that point.
Nerd
@@bakionigeri6414 either way… dude was making it seem that because the bodies are decomposed the knives would go through easier. The flesh is decomposed, not the bone.
Joe be hiding in the spa or ice bath 😂 Theo gone straight up 😂😅
Word, "dawg".
“If they were dumb then you were dumb” he’s kinda right in the context 🤣 so many things I believed just because my mate said it as a kid 🤣
“…….blood gays they call em a lot of people”
What is he talking about, tho?
I love how they were both ready to sit back with popcorn and blankets to watch Dracula. I sense that vibe from these two right away
Honestly, that happens to me any time I see this movie on. 😅
I am glad he brought up 28 days later my opinion, best zombie movie ever also literally the scariest zombies
They're not Zombies. They're infected by a virus.
The zombies are terrifying, the soundtrack kicks ass and the story and characters are actually believable. Definitely the best zombie movie ever.
There not zombies cause there not dead...
@@dustinnatoli1162 Ive been telling people this for years. They really dont want to listen. Lol Zombies are the walking dead. The people in 28 Days Later were infected with The Rage virus.
@@dustinnatoli1162 A zombie is alive , they only die when they get killed.
The walking dead wasn’t just about the walkers, it was about the conflicts between the factions as well. The Negan drama was the peak of TWD
Twd??
Nah season 3 was peak, in terms of the production and balance of conflict with the dead and ppl. I will say that negan was a great character but shit gets more and more complicated at that point and beyond
@@Training_Tsuna_ S4 and 5 to me was always better than 3
I hasn’t been watching TWD since I finished watching negan situation. Shit got not it, it wasn’t it anymore
It got boring after they met negative. Too much of the same thing, another conflict with another group and walkers aren't scary anymore. At least daryl dixon show they are scary afain
"Interview With The Vampire" is my favourite vampire movie to date. It's dope IMO. 😊👍
My favorite movie of all time. Superstar cast. Never has been another cast like that ever.

i’ve always thought of it like this: the zombies are gonna be the same (physically/athletically) as the host. so not all zombies are gonna move super slow and/or super fast.
They're dead and have no blood flow to the brain, they'd be uncoordinated as fuck, if you're a great guitar player irl are you going to bust out in a solo as a zombie?
"it's her and someone else" brother you mean rick grimes? 😂😂 1:40
there are a lot of little things people tend to not realize who dont actually watch the show.
"go take a nap on the kitchen floor"
seems like joe doesnt even know that everybody is infected.
one man dying in his sleep can end an entire camp.
Well what difference does dying in your sleep in a bed or tent make?
Walking dead was trash. Romero made the real zombie flicks.
He is talking overall about all the literature, as he already stated how trash the walking dead actually is.
@@ClaytonTheCracker it doesnt, but everybody w ho dies turns.
so like "lets go take a nap" this is literally why the military fell apart.
one dude in the barracks over doses. he wakes up. gnaws somebodys throat in their sleep. now you have 2, those 2 do 2 more. now you have 4.
if its not stopped thier, now you have 8.
a night of hard boozing and smoking and an entire camp can be taken out because yall think your walls and houses are keeping yous afe.
@@beatles42ohgg94 dude all you gotta do is lock the door to the room you're in - no zombies will get you..
Joe’s zombie and vampire impersonations are crack-up lmao
The reason the zombies keep coming back is everyone is already infected so when they die they turn so these new communities get take over again and again. Weird how they don't lock people in their houses better inside the communities. Best zombie movies ever Dawn of the Dead and 28 days later.
Theo out there breaking walker ankles 😂
In season 3 or 4 when Carl is finally old enough to have his own knife there’s actually a whole scene dedicated to the fact that it’s not as easy as it looks to stab them in the head like that they talk about having to push through the skull lol
I never thought I would hear JR discussing "Zussy"
I would love a joe rogan zombie comedy movie just chilling in his mansion in texas with all the best comedians
This Is The End but zombies.
@@Shockguey Yeah pretty much exactly
Bart Crystals would be the first one to get bit 😂
@irishguy9187 he'd be too busy fucking dogs. I wonder if he'd still be fucking dogs after he turns into a zombie.
Joe "I don't watch The Walking Dead because the arrow tips aren't realistic" Rogan
Them both just concentrating on the old school Dracula is the best part of this whole clip 😁😁😁😁😁
Man I have probably seen over a hundred zombie movies and tv shows and have thought about what I would do during an apocalypse. But Theo Von is the only person that has ever put the image of two zombies fucking in my head 😂
Now I wanna watch horror movies with these two.
Walking Dead was never about the zombies ffs, it was about people dealing with the world when such an event happens, how society would rebuild itself.
Right. The survivors are TWD.
@@nickl6715 TWD is the Biome, the people are the story.
What about last of us zombies
Not zombies
"it's like they're made out of goo" LMAO
Theo telling jokes that Joe missed is hilarious Theo is a comics favorite comic 😂😂😂
Blood gays was fantastic and Joe is the worst
As a Walking Dead fan.... 1. One would assume that maybe because they're decomposing at a rapid rate considering the heat of the south that they're skulls are easier to penetrate. 2. It's quite possible that those arrow heads are the only ones they were able to acquire. I'm only responding to this and dropping my 2 cents because I just hit the pax.
"Oh, i dont know much about arrows" - Theo Von
😂😂😂
Theo has Daryl vibes
Love that Joe said that about 28 Days later. 100% agree!!!!!
That was probably the most confusing 4 mins I watched. Honestly love these two 🎉
Joe saying that 28 Days later is the best zombie movie ever just makes me happy. Because it's also my favorite zombie movie. It makes a lot of sense to though because those are the only kind of zombies that would realistically take over the world.
That clip finished just before John Wick whammed his fork right through old Dracula's right eyeball.
My wife is a big fan of TWD. She keeps rewatching Seasons 1-3, so I asked her why.
She said those were the only good seasons. I can't help but agree.
Popularity peaked in season 6 how is it only good in season 3?
Anyone who says 1-3 are the only good ones are delusional. 4 is the best season, 5 is good, 6 is good, 9 is good, 10 is alright but inconsistent, and 11 is alright
Damn. I need a podcast of them watching movies and providing commentary
Season 9 of TWD is 🔥
Top 5 season no doubt
Maybe I’m high but Joe Rogans take on zombies was just hilarious to me.😂
“It didn’t seem so good” 😂😂😂😂😂
Theo reminds me of Karl Pilkington at times. 🤣
I'm pretty sure this video was intended as a cure for depression. This one of the funniest conversations I've heard between these 2.
It would not be easy to wipe out the zombies, in the walking dead universe the humans are outnumbered 5,000 to 1
Lol
Imagine the US army struggling to take out walking dead zombies after the outbreak. Makes no sense.
@@onmywayup94 the US military did beat the zombies in a few places. That’s how the CRM, Omaha, and Portland all remained functional cities and the commonwealth in the last couple seasons was set up by the sitting president and the army at the time. Pamela is his daughter
Um dude you're wrong. If there is any government alive its superior to those zombies. Twd 8s the best zombie scenario to ever be in. That's how dumb it is
@M "makes no sense"
If the Navy gets screwed up you lost 90%of your effectiveness due to maintenance of aircraft.
Walking dead zombies should have started dying off in a matter of days. But they get to ignore biology, so instead they somehow last for years. According the CDC episodes, they're basically just feral humans with no higher brain function and a tendency towards cannibalism.
“i don’t remember that good at the moment” me all the time
“If they were dumb, then you were dumb” had me dying 😂😂😂
Joes description of a walking dead zombie apocalypse actually sounds peaceful
I think about if I would survive a zombie apocalypse more than I should
I’m good at avoiding people, so I think I’d at least survive the initial chaos and downfall of civilization. Lol
I think I'd be fucked just because I live in Australia, I genuinely think most people would die here to spider and snake bites then zombies. Plus how fucken hot it gets here, only real bush experts would go on for a bit. I reckon I could go a few months.
Which type of zombie apocalypse.
I'm assuming you're referring to the weak as Walker dead zombies
Joe: “There was no internet”
Theo: “Yeah you'd always ask somebody, if they were dumb then you were dumb”
😂😂😂
0:39 well I mean their flesh are rotted so I would think their bones softened up making it easier to push a knife through and pull it out
Theo is pushing through with the zombie thing and joe just keeps on shooting it down 😂😂😂
“I don’t remember that good at the moment” 😂😂
Lmfao “blood gays, a lot of people call them.” 😂😂
Twd is the best zombie show series out there and you cant tell me otherwise
We just need a bunch of those hema guys and give them maces

As a Brit it feels fhugin' good to hear Joe call 28 Days Later the best zombie movie of all time, and I agree with him.
Day of the dead is up there too , the acting is corny and totally pointless for most of it but its one of the only zombie films where the people have gone down into a bunker , which is the logical thing to do
Your videos are SUCH HIGH QUALITY...
I seriously thought this channel was owned by Joe rogan himself, I thought maybe this was Jamie's side income or something.... I had NO IDEA you were just a FAN page!?
The quality is way too good to be just a fan page.... Is there any way Joe Rogan would consider hiring you? Your clips.... Your videos.... It just blows my mind that this is just some fan page, but the quality is so high... Are you seriously not associated with Joe Rogan in any way? You are a MASTER of editing, a MASTER of quality... A true MASTER of entertainment.... Your like a GOD to me dude please seriously never stop, please keep making videos just like this, PLEASE bro
I like how Theo suddenly brought up Dracula, I've always seen vampires and zombies as the same thing. Both are undead, both bite their victims, both bitten victims turn undead.
(Obviously there are more differences, but for the sake of limitation...)
Joe knowing nothing archery always makes me laugh
"If you are still watching"
"... you are the zombie" lol
"you ask someone, if he's dumb then you're dumb "😅😅😂
The twist on TWD is EVERYBODY that dies becomes a zombie, no matter what. Everybody is ALREADY INFECTED and will come back NO MATTER how they die. Thats what makes the apocalypse damning
2:23 that elusive zombussy
"You still watch it?"
"No, no, it's terrible."
😂😂😂😂😂
“And then he licks the blade” *bear noise* *slurp slurp slurp* 😂
One of the funniest things I’ve ever seen was an outtake of Gary Oldman fully dressed as old Dracula getting mad at the director stomping out of the room with a production assistant carrying the train to his robe! 😂
"imma Take a Brake and shut the door, Take a nap on the Kitchen Floor"!! Joe got Bars man 😂✌️
"Yea man back in the day when if the person that told you something was dumb then you wer dumb" Theos a legend
“No! No it’s terrible” 😂😂
This is the conversation we needed in these dark times
Joe pretty much summed up Dead Island 2 with the brewing coffee then killing zombies 😂
