- This video was created with the help of Roger Montgomery from Christmas on Ivy Creek. Roger explains how to set up and use the PVC pipe drilling jig that can be 3D printed and used to drill PVC for 12mm bullet pixels. You can download the the STL files by visiting our Thingiverse or Cults3d design pages.

If you don't have access to a 3D printer, you can purchase the jig from our website.

Great explanation/demo. I'm just jealous of the workshop!
You and me both!
Great video especially the part on the first hole as I was racking my brain on how to start.
Glad it helped!
Great product, I am trying to decide if I want to buy the STL file and print my own or just have you print it! Any recommendations for the RPMs when drilling pvc?
Do you think it's better to cut the PVC to the window size and then drill the holes?
Thanks for the video! I have been hoping to setup something like this for a long time but couldn't find a jig like this. My only question is how do you insert the pixels?
Thanks for the compliment. I drilled my holes out with a 1/2" bit. The pixels were easy to put in, but they can also fall out just as easy. To combat this, I added hot glue to the back to keep them in the pipe.
What are you using the 3 in spacing for? I am trying to decide between 2 or 3 for house outlines and roofline.
I believe Roger was using the 3" spacing for his house outline.
If youre using the 12mm forstner bit how are you pushing pixels through? Do you enlarge the backhole to fit body lf pixel through?
What I would do is, drill through the whole pipe with the 12mm bit , then switch out the bit for a larger one and drill out the back so the pixels fit.
