Why not teach the newbies the common criteria as to what is a “profitable ride”. Anything less than .75 per mile (including miles to get to pick up) OR calculate the pay into an hourly rate. Example ride is paying $7 and the total time from driving to pick up and then to the destination is 15 min. Since 15 min = 1/4 of an hour, that $7 offer equals $28/hour. Anything less than $20/hour is garbage (unless you have a quest bonus pay that will add $3 per ride if completed)

I asked this question in a comment but also wanted to get more insights so, why does the navigation info in this video look like it's upside down? Will there be an option to make this look more natural like in google maps where the icon is going in the same direction that I'm traveling? Thanks for your feedback.

5 min for wait time. If you have to wait for 10 riders during one shift, that's 1h lost. Interesting!

U have to call the pax before you qualify for the no show fee. It only has to “ring” once. They don’t have to answer.

Wait, so you need to type in a new drop off location while you’re driving someone around if they change their destination, not them?

Great question, I always thought this was something THEY have to do.🤔

I was told i had to wait 2+5=7 minutes total.
Some rides are only 1 - 3 miles total. 7 minutes is like an eternity. The riders have learned this and some come out JUST BEFORE the 7 minutes.

What does it mean when it asks if you want to “match the request” on the driver app?
