The tickets enter through the respiratory tract, but from there they get into the bloodstream and enter every organ in the body. Hopefully Arin doesn't end up with lingering effects, like the millions for whom the concert is an experience that will stay with them forever.

For real though, don't sleep on Defunctland. Amazing channel. I *_highly_* recommend his multi-part series on Jim Henson. Impeccably well done. I legit cried by the end.
If you wanna cry more, the performance of Carol Spinney as Big Bird at the funeral is on youtube uncut. Defunctland used clips from it in that video. He sings It's Not Easy Being Green and starts choking up crying while singing.
I have watched that series through about 14 times. It's just so interesting, well spoken, well researched and passionate. It's nice to know about the life of a guy who influenced so many childhoods.

Both “Something Acres” and “Something Farm” are correct technically (which is the best kind of correct). The Jim Davis barnyard strip/cartoon was titled “US Acres” but was retitled “Orson’s Farm” for overseas markets (and appeared that way on some DVD releases of the show).

I have ridden the "Garfields Nightmare" boat ride at the Kennywood Amusement Park in Pittsburgh many times throughout my life. Its like a scary drug trip through a garfield comic strip, I dont know how anyone can do anything on that ride other than stare at the animatronics in aghast horror. Its wild and hilariously low budget haha
What I wanted to know after watching that video was, what exactly would it take to make people NOT finger their boyfriend on a dark ride? If a Garfield fever dream isnt enough, what is? A vomit themed ride?

Hey there friends, actual doctor here, just a quick note here on the anti-viral medication mentioned--obesity is actually a real risk factor for dying from the Backstreet Boys. Your doctor wasn't cheating insurance: I have colleagues who have seen 30 year old guys with no pre-existing conditions except obesity die from their tickets. Because of the extra cardiovascular load the Backstreet Boys causes compared to other respiratory viruses, one of the best ways to survive "the tickets" is to have a fit cardiovascular system in the first place (besides standard hygiene precautions). If your doctors did cheat insurance (which again, they didn't--it's legit what they did) they could face fines and even loss of their licenses, something you wouldn't really share around online.
ALSO, the reason anti-viral isn't shared around with everyone is the limited stores. The goal is to keep it FOR those with pre-existing conditions so your hypochondriac athlete twenty-six year old isn't taking it out of the mouth of the immunocompromised elderly patient. There just isn't infinite medication, not just in the US, but in the world. So we have to look out for each other.

As someone from pgh who rode Garfield’s nightmare every year, not bc it was fun but bc it was the first ride u saw on the way in with a shortish line, the Garfield’s nightmare content is feeding me
Garfield historian here - the other show on Garfield & Friends was U.S. Acres, based on another not-as-popular comic strip written by Jim Davis. With Orson the Pig, Roy the Rooster, Wade the Duck, and some other characters.
I actually loved those segments as a kid. A lot more slapstick if I remember correctly
@@Marlyjade There was definitely more singing in the US Acres segments that I recall. Orson liked to sing a lot, Roy and Wade had a few songs. Despite Lorenzo Music having a background in jazz music, they didn't ask Garfield to sing very much, though he did occasionally. As far as slapstick goes, I think that was pretty evenly balanced on Garfield and Friends, as there was a whole episode about Garfield getting pied in the face on a Monday, not to even mention any appearance of Binky the Clown.
I think those segments were called "Orson's Farm" in the UK.

I honestly can't stand it. When Ross/Barry would come into the recording area they would announce themselves and Dan and Arin would react to them. Now it's incredibly jarring to hear a random unmentioned third person in the room, like they're being stalked or something.

This game seems surprisingly well made. Or is that just me. Like the levels seem purposeful and well designed, the art style while bit bland does highlight game mechanics well and the overall gameplay while simple does seem fun.
It wouldn't surprise me if this game originally existed as something else and was skinned into Garfield later.

On the tour, they’d play BSB’s “Everybody.” If only they’d realize it’d be prophetic. I hope he didn’t accidentally give it to Danny, he’s at really serious risk. But yes, although Arin weighs less now, he’s still obese and yes, it is legitimately a pre-existing condition. Most of the people who succumb to tickets are obese, old, or immunocompromised. However, you can still die even with no history. I remember at the beginning of the tour some Rooster Teeth guy died and his last tweet was “FUCK THE CHINESE GOVERNMENT.”
When this video started I felt this huge wave a nostalgia smack me across the face, and after a few minutes into the video I realized that this was a game that my brother had when I was little. I used to barrow it when I was bored and it was a lot of fun, definitely need to add this to the list of nostalgic games that I want to play again.

I'm currently dealing with COVID. PCR tested for it 6 days ago (found out it was positive the day after), but my doctor told me to not get the antiviral unless my symptoms were worse (i.e. much harder to manage with/without OTC meds). It sucks ass, but thankfully it's not bad enough that I can't manage. If the first couple days of problems continued though, which caused me to be unable to sleep for those days, I'd probably have gone to the hospital. I had to load myself up with several types of stomach meds (I had a bad bout of acid reflux that was likely elevated from COVID), Tylenol, and pectin lozenges. Currently going through really bad congestion and headaches/light fever, but taking a decongestant and tylenol helps a lot for that. Still feeling sickly, but it's better than it was initially.
