#thegrumps #10MPH #ZooTierList - Приколы
I’m glad the Grumps get to have some enrichment time outside of their enclosures every now and then. Not all RUclipsrs are treated so ethically and it’s clear they are very sociable as a result of meeting new (kind) people so often!
it is important to note that Dan is still not fully there on his journey to full sociability; and still will unhinge his jaw and attempt to devour all who get in his range
but this is great, baby steps ya' know?
I'm so glad they can handle sunlight!
@@CursedRose200 They were both hospitalized after this for life threatening sunburns.
I actually think that it was rated quite appropriately... 💯💯
Nice
Professional hosts talking to the boys like they're children will never get old
Absolutely this
It's a zoo, visitors should be talked to like they're children by default.
and the best part is the boys loved it that way lmao
I like when they break a bit and get in on the joke with them like the Medieval and Pirate Times. Like they recognize that they arent doing some bit for the local news and can go off script.
"like"?
"I slow-blinked at her and she looked away in disgust. So that's S tier for me." As a cat person, I felt that :D Fantastic video!
I heard a slow blink is a way to say I love you in cat I’m not surprised 17:12
@@TheBiggieCheeseyou are correct
bryce seems like the kinda guy who could walk into the woods, stick his arms out from this sides, and just immediately have a flock of birds perch themselves upon him. thats a real animal man right there
you're so real for this one
Druid vibes
Bryce: "It's important to make sure we work hard so that nature thrives!" Arin: *Thoughtfully deep-throats a corndog*
Arin demonstrates how humans thrive in their natural environment.
He was just imagining that the corndog was your daaad
@@WolfoBoi546gotta find that truth
He is the throat goat
@@WolfoBoi546 Ya got me there, Arin does love Dads.
Bryce is glorious. He’s my new favorite person.
We
So heartwarming to see people who really care about what they're doing to save the environment.
Getting a bit of Jeff Bridges energy from him
SSSS tier for sure.
I’m pretty sure Bryce is Brian Wecht from another universe, where he worked at a zoo instead of getting a phd.
I love that the zoo keepers are talking to them like they children with them, and then how it pans to a shot of Arin destroying a corn dog, at just the right moment. It's perfect
I love Dan's take on it. Murdering a corn dog. That's how I'mg onna call it from now on, imho
I worked at a zoo myself for years.
That's kinda how we talk to everybody! XD
14:42 Arin: Do they like scritches?
Bryce: Do they what?
Arin: Do they like scritches?
Bryce: Uhh... no
This part absolutely killed me hahaha
Bryce's tone when he asked that definitely got me. XD
Lol that “do they what” sounded slightly annoyed 😂. Like “what did you just ask me”
@@shai8800 like, "this grown-ass man did not just ask me this" 😆
Next video idea: let the zoo animals rank the Grumps
good content right here☝🏾
Latehound I think they are doing that now.👆👆👆👆
Most to least tastiest
Rank them grump or not-so-grump
the galapagos turtles give them triple S tier: a+ kale, very cronch
That tortoise leaf cronch was so satisfying.
ikr, its the only asmr that legit gave my brain the tingles everyone talks about. it was so CRISP
I love all the love for Bryce! He was my 7th grade science teacher back in 2011! Not only did he make learning fun, but every week, if we were good, he'd put youtube on the projector on fridays! It's so cool seeing him come full circle and be in a youtube video!
Arin should go to a dinosaur museum with Dan!
@gamegrumps this idea is S tier
the Brea Tar pits?
Wow! These 2 men, despite their age, really maintain their childlike wonder. Something so precious about Dan sitting on a giant frog and Arin laughing at turtles.
Erm it’s a tortoise
@@WonkiWeaboo I'll cannibalize you
THIS! Been saying this for years!
I really felt Dan's joy at feeding a giraffe
@@WonkiWeaboo All tortoises are turtles.
"There's a bee on me" followed by the wildlife expert not giving a single shit about Dan's looming panic attack... that slayed me. New favorite GG moment.
My dog stepped on a bee
I agree, fuckin killed me
ok
lol, the hard cut made me think Dan's blowing noise was upsetting the cat, and they just cut out all the awkwardness of the boys getting yelled at by the zookeeper.
Time stamp?
Those Galapagos were so funny
Hi
Good
nice
nice
Good 👍👍👍
Arin going from disowning his cats and insisting he hates all cats to appreciating and loving his cats is the character progression we love to see
Wait when did he do that
WHAT?!
To the replies, there was a time where Arin was very very busy and felt bad that he couldn't give his cats the emotional support they needed as clingy cats (especially Mochi who had chosen him as his person and for a time couldn't eat without Arin nearby), and he said if Suzy hadn't insisted on getting them he wouldn't've chosen to and/or liked cats anywhere near as much. Seems the pandemic turned that around a little bit.
Toxoplasma gondii lol
For some reason Dan desperately trying to blow the bee off of his shoulder was comedy gold
It was adorable.
Dan should've taken a picture and put it in the B tier
@@lotoreo lol I came here to say the same thing
i need to know what happened after the cut.
8:44 🐝
This is awesome. Its good to see Bryce getting the recognition he deserves. He's a close family friend and he's always been super sweet and chill, so I'm super glad he's getting to share what he loves with everyone watching the video.
Thats so cool! He seems like such a fun and nice guy
Make sure he knows that the lovelies love him!
TELL HIM WE LOVE HIM
@@thegrumps GRUMPS DO A COLLAB WITH GAMEGRUMPS PLEASE PLEASE OH PLEASE
Yes tell Bryce that all of the viewers love him and we appreciate all that he does!!!
Confession: Ethan joining the Grumps for the 10MPHs is probably the best change to happen recently. He is wholesome, they are wholesome, and while I would love him to be featured more…I’ll just take him being involved as the positive it is.
Its so nice that Jeff Bridges took time out of his busy day to Shepard Danny and Arbunckle around the Zoo
Arin: Do they like scritches?
Bryce: Do they wha?
Arin: Do they like scritches??
Bryce: Uhhh... no.
Had the surreal experience of interacting with a jaguar once. He had suffered damage to his genitals when he was a kitten in the wild so he was "half-neutered" and in a reserve his entire life. His name was Rose, and he was just a 200lbs kitten. Loved belly pats and sat on the ground with me for over an hour just rolling around and purring. Majestic and terrifying.
@@frofrozzty As Arin said, it's kinda funny how "big cats" are so similar to domestic cats.
Can't believe they finally made a tier list where Arin doesn't argue with himself with pure rage.
That or he has a story time about food that is literally as long as the lotr trilogy
@@Shadywolf09 that or its a tier list where 90% of the comments are disagreeing with where something got placed 😆😅
@@woteveruk1 Like Denny's in S tier. Denny's is fucking horrible. Arin needs to have his taste buds examined because the shit they serve at Denny's is like both milqtoast and disgusting at the same time.
I bet he did that shit just to stir drama in the comment section.
@@Shadywolf09 i wouldnt be surprised, theres definitely a lot of bias, i mean lets not forget, he always calls wendys S tier, yet in a blind taste test he called it disgusting and ashy lmao
14:41 I love how genuinely confused the guide was when Arin asked "Do they like scritches?"
Danny interacting with the baby giraffe was everything for me. The way he asked her if she'd like another biscuit was the most precious thing ever. I also really like how Bryce was so personable with each individual animal. Thank you, Danny and Arin, for a wonderful experience. I loved everything about this video and I hope to see more like it.
i love that ethan is just part of the grump team now
To think he used to be a _fan_ of _GAME GRUMPS_
Yeah it seems he's basically taken over for the old cameraman Tucker, who I'm assuming doesn't work for the Grumps anymore.
@@MoonlitLycan if I’m not mistaken tucker is with super mega now but I could also be wrong
@@binkydinky6542 Yeah pretty sure he's like the main camera man for their big projects and such.
Ethan and Trevor both film for grumps
All the animals getting S tier is exactly the ending I was hoping for. Also, yes, Galapagos Tortoise AND Bryce deserve a tier of their own. Absolute legends.
S tier for Bryce!!!
I really enjoyed the profound speech about life thriving while Arin demolishes a corndog.
If they spent like 6 hours at the zoo i want a full non edited copy of that tape. Just watching two guys having a blast at the zoo is so great.
I now need one of these in an aquarium....preferably with a seal and a penguin so we can watch Dan and Arin lose it over how cute they are
Especially if the penguin is in a costume!
but what about... the seahorses! 😧
Oh yea! Monterrey Bay Aquarium has all kinds of fun for the boys :D
Especially one where they get to feed the seals, or have a touch pool
@@sachadimitriov you know, the male seahorses have the babies
The way Danny’s heart melted at the gentle floopy tongue of the giraffe was adorable
He looked so happy haha! It was such a heartwarming moment ✨💖
Arin: *Having a grownup conversation*
Dan who is terrified: There's a bee on me!
waking up to this video made me cry, my cousin passed yesterday and we are from San Diego. Getting to see the zoo and animals and hearing the bell tower ring made me feel so much better. thank you.
I'm so sorry. 🖤
I am so sorry for your loss. Glad this episode was able to help you, even if a little ❤
i hope you are recovering well from your loss
There's something so wholesome about Arin asking about hugs and every animal going on S tier
Everyone: "Ahh the kitty cat is so cute"
Dan: "THERES A BEE ON ME"
that was my favorite part and its weird no one is mentioning him with the bee lol
5:46 "Oh so Sleepy" that is the realist shit Arin has ever said
I fucking LOVE that the green screen gag they did was just showing the green screen gag from a previous Power Hour.
1. “Creature, I have food for you. You need not reach below you for there is food from above.” 😂
2. I super relate to Arin’s need ton know if an animal is a good hugger.
3. The fact that Dan’s only good photo was of the elephant poop.
Im gonna take a wild guess and say Dan had his camera set to indoors the entire time
I had to dig in the comments so hard to find out what it was that they were holding 😂
Arin's gleeful hysterics over the tortoises give me good brain juice
I don't normally comment on RUclips videos - but I want to thank you guys for going to a AZA accredited zoo for this video. So many RUclipsrs go to unaccredited zoos and it hurts my heart. Thank you.
Dan and Arin wearing the charts around their necks like kindergartners is so funny to me
My favorite kinds of questions to ask Zookeepers are opinion-based questions. I might learn something about an animal that I wouldn't even learn in a documentary.
Example: I asked an elephant keeper what her favorite elephant behavior was, and she said that when elephants are sleepy, they'll rub their eyes with their trunks, sometimes while laying down, and it's "absolutely _adorable!"_
Bryce is absolutely delightful. His voice reminds me of Brian a lot! Glad the boys had fun!
The dude was dripping with good energy, obviously super passionate and loving his life. Mad respect to Bryce please do a guest grumps with him lol
It took me a bit to realize that was Bryce, because yeah at several points I was like, "Oh sweet, Ninja Brian's there!"
@@frofrozzty People like Bryce who truly care about animals are a treasure.
I was watching this while working and got REALLY confused and thought it was him for several minutes. I just thought it was cool "Brian" knew so much about random animals.
It's the voice of someone who's super smart but also super chill
I went to the San Diego zoo in January and the way arin said that at 14:54 was EXACTLY how I laughed at that to my mom and little brother, they weren't amused either
13:07 I love how it just looks like Matt is being strangled in the backround and Arin is just oblivious 🤣
Arin’s Monkees joke was severely underrated.
Agreed
I actually think it was rated quite appropriately. 😂
Gorillaz.
Wait, when? I missed it.
I get excited whenever the grumps go out to visit places for these videos. As an adult these feel like class school trips.
Same SCHOOL TRIP EVERY GRUMP
I'm 31 yrs old and I also feel like i'm being taken on a field trip with the grumps. Same vibe lol
enrichment
Doing something like this - being taken on a VIP trip through the zoo - has always been a dream of mine. I am so so so happy the grumps took us with them through their trip. Not only was it funny, it was so amazing to watch the crew get as excited about the zoo as I do. I'm so glad they had a good time!
at the san diego zoo you can do a tour like this! (not exactly, i went in 2017 but i got to feed a bunch of animals and go through the back areas and a bunch of fun stuff)
Here’s a fun fact, there was a mention about an orangutan having open heart surgery at one point. Well at the zoo near me, one of the orangutans needed an appendectomy and the surgeon who was called in to perform it was the same surgeon who performed my surgery.
I don’t know why im so broken but dan saying: “there’s a bee on me” and the camera cutting away right after killed me (8:51)
Real
I'm loving this trend of youtubers/streamers going to animal sanctuaries and actually learning about the animals and not constantly interrupting the tour guide by making a bunch of bits like in talk shows! Like the guides are actually excited to be on since the hosts actually WANT to learn about animals.
Omg, it annoys me so much when talk shows do that, not just at sanctuaries but with educators and advocates in general (though NGO advocates should be criticized and refuted when on a talk show but in a way that's still respectful to the person). It is so rude and disrespectful to the guests and the fields they represent. Plus, most of the time, the bits aren't really that funny anyways and are just annoying.
So normally
Yes totally do this at an aquarium, but also this would be fun to do at museums!! Also maybe the La Bria Tar Pits..
As someone who is an elephant keeper at another zoo across the country I’m so pleased to see the education and conservation of what we as keepers work so hard for shown here. Thanks grumps for all you do 🫶🏻
Also a zookeeper (in another country) and it makes me so happy to see my fave youtubers support good zoos supporting conservation ❤
I want an entire season with the Grumps at a zoo and aquarium just learning about the animals. This was a wonderful episode and Bryce was a great tour guide!
Ok this. I need the grumps to tour places like museums and shiz after they're done learning about animals. Make it a whole thing.
Grumps Gone Wild? 💀🤣
It needs to be a cartoon. Like old school learning
Oooh now I need an aquarium episode
@@WulfWIthAu It could be like Wild Kratts, where it's half irl and half cartoon
@@shawnaytaylor198, honestly, a Grumps learning channel ,even if its just a few episodes on this channel, sounds amazing.
10MPH is just Arin and Dan living out their childhood fantasies and y’know what? I’m here for it
"Doing whatever fun shit we want to do but it's tax deductible" the show. Kind of like how MatPat made food theory entirely so he could write off buying a whole new kitchen as a business expense. XD
I am currently studying wildlife biology and I really really appreciate the grumps including some of the more “bummer” facts about the endangered species. Not only that but they really gave the specialists a platform to inform the public. ❤
"She looked away in disgust... That's an S-Tier for me!" xDD Thank you Arin, you are a blessing, sir!
Obsessed with the way Bryce says, "The Biscuit~" at 21:08
He other way he could say it when he holds it with such elegance.
Poor Dan's blank pictures absolutely killed me. 😂
I think he had his camera on the wrong setting tbh
11:02 I instinctively make that sound to call literally any animal after many years of having multiple cats lmao.
"Ugh, that corndog was exactly what I needed." I felt that in my soul.
Arin eating 2 corn dogs in a row with no drink or any ketchup or sauce or anything was just psychotic dude
Corn dogs taste great with or without condiments.
Maybe don't stigmatize mentally ill people
@@Mcwollybob now using the word psychotic is offensive? You're psychotic if you think so.
@@waterking74 maybe the corn dogs he had were particularly juicy... but in my experience a corn dog is way too dry without some kinda sauce or a drink to go with it. Especially 2 in a row lol
@@CadgerChristmasLightShow Nice. Good job having zero compassion and just being defensive without examining yourself and your actions at all. I guess you're par for the course when it comes to the RUclips comment section.
I didn't realize how much I needed Dan feeding a tortoise.
These men are simultaneously the most wholesome and unholy of all beings
i love how arin made a civilian laugh at his joke at 14:24
I can't believe they put prosthetic hair on Brian and forced him to show Danny and Arin around the zoo while calling him Bryce. The Grumps truly never fail to be innovative.
I literally kept thinking "When did Brian get here??" everytime I heard Bryce talk
I love how they just proved how much they love animals by putting everything in S tier. This was so cute and wholesome.

SPOILER??
@@gailweathers9104 Never read the comments before you finish the video. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Is there anything better than watching Arin and Dan's child-like wonder while meeting new animal friends? I don't think so.
Cheers to Bryce and the other workers for putting up with our lovely man-children for a day! It was super cool to see all the animals!
Arin eating 2 corndogs is S tier
I'm glad they visited me but kinda bummed he didn't offer me a corndog.😔
thank you guys for going to an AZA accredited zoo! important for sustainability and education
I totally agree! I've dreamed of a 10MPH like this for a long time, but part of me was nervous that they'd end up going somewhere less conservation-focused. Not only did they choose an AZA accredited zoo, but with the special tour they also got to learn directly from the professionals, who knew how to connect the experiences back to the zoo's mission. And Dan and Arin's comedy was still as on-point as ever. I couldn't have asked for a better execution of the "10MPH at a zoo" concept! 👏
Yes yes yes, a great job of the crew all around! I'm so glad the edit included some clarifying details like how SDZ doesn't take animals from the wild and all the good they're doing for conservation, like the California Condor Recovery Program.
My favorite 10 Minute Power Hour so far! Thank you to Torianna of the SD Zoo for introducing me to the Palm Oil Scan app! I feel so much better about what brands I buy every day, and I LOVE that using this app allows me to contribute to their database in the effort to highlight what companies are ACTUALLY sustainable and care about our planet's Wildlife
The advice about palm oil was total shit though. "Better yet, look for a product without palm oil at all", palm oil is the most effective oil crop. If you need oil it's the one to get, just make sure it's responsibly sourced. Pretty wild that a zoo specialist is probably still to this day telling people false information.
Had a rough work week last week and had that Monday-induced dread hanging over me coming in this week. Then I was treated to the most wholesome episode I’ve seen in a long time. Maybe the problems hanging over my head won’t go away, but they’re at least replaced in my heart with the image of Dan absolutely melting while feeding a baby giraffe. This was much needed for my mental well being. Thank you, you beautiful, camera-struggling animal enthusiast.
I'm sure if they weren't surrounded by trained professionals.
Arin would question which animal gives the best kisses. Or kisses exclusively meant for dads.
I’m excited to see how Arin manages to fit eating something he shouldn’t into this episode
instead it being dan eating the photos
He probably "shouldn't" eat corndogs bc of his hard workout routines but idk
@@vogelvrouw let's be real nobody *should* eat a second corn dog regardless of their diet
I got real nervous when the box of elephant poop came out
As a lion keeper, can confirm that there have been plenty of times I have slow blinked at them and they looked away in disgust.
This might just be my favorite TMPH! Animals, entertainment, and conservation awareness. Thanks guys!
I just love than Ethan's just casually being a cameraman for TMPH's outings now??
It's so weird to spot him and now hearing him joke around
I gotta give a big thanks to the Kratt brothers and Zoboomafoo for teaching me about Binturongs and how they smell like popcorn when I was a wee lad.
19:48 except the emotional pain of living as an elephant that used to have big tusks...
Bryce looks like the kind of awesome chill dude to eat edibles with then go on a nature hike
The look of pure childlike joy on Dan's face as he's feeding the Galapagos Tortoises is 💖💖💖.
I can't express how much I appreciate their green screen footage being Matt in front of a green screen.
the matt green screen is in my personal top 5 bits so when i saw that i cackled like a hyena
…about that…
12:28 I love that they changed the word photo to potoo. If you don't know, they're some of the goofiest looking birbs.
That looks like an amazing time. We've got a big cat sanctuary locally and Arin is 100% spot on - they're just like really big, very dangerous housecats. A cat's gonna cat! Nothing compares to seeing these animals in person. I'd love to visit the San Diego zoo, but alas, I am on the wrong coast. Also, hell yeah for conservation effort places!
not sure where you are on the east coast, but the columbus ohio zoo is absolutely amazing and generally considered one of the best in the country! it's also one of the leading zoos for conservation efforts. if you can make the trip i highly recommend it.
17:10 I love that Arin tried the slow blink thing with a Lioness...I would totally do the same with a wild cat. xD
i have done it at zoos :( never works
Honestly, thank you Grumps for showing us this Zoo. I learned a bunch and it was very wholesome and cute. Top tier episode. S tier.
I like how the guys are usually doing bits right and left, but somehow Bryce's genuine enthusiasm was so charming and contagious that they pretty much just went with it and unironically let him show them the most fun the san diego zoo had to offer lol
Dan exactly summed up Komodo dragons perfectly "There's never been an animal i want to love me more, that loves me less" You get it man
I love 10MPHs where they go places and do things. I also love how the staff treats them like they're kids on a field trip
I turn into a kid at the zoo, so i totally get it
Really happy to see the Grumps showing how wonderful accredited Zoos can be!! San Diego specifically has some amazing conservation programs and really well designed habitats. As a Zoo-kid, I’m so thrilled! 🥰
Yes! I was hoping a zookeeper or an educated zoo kid would point out how vital accredited zoos (and aquariums), alongside sanctuaries and wildlife rehabilitation centers, are in the comments! Seeing the Grumps support the San Diego zoo on the channel is such a joy, especially for someone who has yet to go to it but really wants to.
I love how happy Arin and Dan are the whole time
My favourite thing about the zoo is it’s ability to turn even the most adulty adult into an excitable child immediately without fail
those galapagos were so funny. the slow reactions, the constant bumping and pushing while going glacially slow. so cute
1. Glad Suzy came with the boys to supervise them!
2. Poor Arin who never got to see his monkeys.
The genuine childlike glee that they have walking around the zoo is exactly the same I'm feeling looking at all those animals through my screen.
Watching Dan and Arin being amazed by all the animals is so wholesome. Reminds me of going to the Zoo as a kid and bragging about how much I thought I knew about every animal 😂
as a zoology major a year away from graduation this really makes all my long sleepless nights feel worth it! glad you boys were able to learn so much :)
